Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Contra Costa County

We loved this home. The area was great and near everything and the street was nice and quiet for the area. The home was immaculate, the care to maintain this home is obvious! Next time we are in San Francisco, this will be our first choice for lodging.

Michael was a lovely and generous host! He stayed on the property in his mini cottage in the backyard and our kids loved to say hi to Snuggy the dog & Kitty the Cat when they caught an occasional glimpse. We appreciated being able to both cook at the place and eat out in Glen Park. Hot tub was super enjoyable for all of us :) This is the rare old-school experience of truly feeling like you are in someone’s real day-to-day home!

We stayed at Hamzeh’s home for a little under two months while our home underwent construction with our family of 5. The home was beautiful and perfectly suited our needs. The kitchen was large and open concept which made supervising my kids while preparing meals a comparative breeze. The absolute best thing about this house was its location for us. We are Livermore locals and my husband was born and raised in Springtown which is just down the hill. Our absolute favorite place to hike in the area is Morgan Territory regional preserve which is a few short minutes up the hill from the property. I will never forget our peaceful time at this home watching my children hike on the property and learning to appreciate nature. Hamzeh was such a warm and kind host and I look forward to recommending this property to family and friends in the future.

I’d have to say I was a little nervous about staying in an ADU but Sushil just kept to himself and allowed us to come in and out hassle free and that helped me feel more comfortable. Check in was easy once I followed the instructions carefully. I highly recommend a stay at this AB&B to all. We definitely will look him up if we are in the area again. Thanks Sushil!

My extended family has hooked up once a year for the last twelve years, including stays at several Airbnbs. This one was exceptional. Everything is as described, but probably better. It is spacious and accommodates a lot of people. The rules are reasonable and understandable, and there are a zillion things to do in almost every direction. Normally, we go to a different locale every year, but we have already booked next year’s trip to this house

This was by far the nicest AirB&B I have ever stayed at. Gorgeous views from every window, private, peaceful and extremely comfortable. The pictures and description of the spa can't do it justice, although they try! I was worried about spiders or bugs in the cave spa, but there were NONE. The beds and linens were incredibly comfortable and I would have stayed in bed all day if the spa wasn't calling me. The house was squeaky clean and we wanted for nothing. Josie was incredibly responsive although we needed very little. She responded within minutes and was proactive about offering to manage the spa to our liking from her end which added to the luxury! Thank you so much, Josie, for sharing your amazing home with us - best mini vaca ever!

max and vik were excellent communicators and were willing to go above and beyond to help with parking passes. full disclosure: i did not end up staying at the airbnb (not their fault - something came up), but will definitely see if it’s available when i come visit SF!

This was our second stay, and I have to say still amazing and wonderful and relaxing place to stay! Host (Alex) was amazing and beyond helpful and friendly. Looking forward to our next trip up!

My friends and I stayed at Seaon’s home for about a week and we felt right at home. It was a cozy spot with a beautiful outdoor porch and garden to hang out in. There was enough beds for four adults and a baby. Seaon was very easy to communicate with and also responsive when we discussed anything regarding the house. The neighborhood was fairly quiet during our stay which is always nice. We drove to Oakland, San Francisco, and parts of wine country from the house and found it to be in a good central location. I highly recommend this spot if you are looking for somewhere to stay with your group.

Athena’s home is fantastic. My wife and I along with two other couples took a trip for our ten year anniversary. House was pristine, accommodations were fantastic. Perfect weather for the pool and spa. Was just far away from the downtown commotion but still just a quick uber ride away. We highly recommend this space. You will not be disappointed
