Vacation rentals with lake access in Contra Costa County

We loved staying at Corria's place. It’s a quiet ground-floor unit at the rear of a multi-unit property. The backyard is beautifully lined with rosebushes and overlooks the water, perfect for relaxing lunches (patio furniture available). It’s a quick drive to Park St & Webster St restaurants, Safeway, and the ferry - I commuted to SF by ferry 2 separate days, and it was beautiful! The kitchen is well-stocked for cooking, and there’s plenty of bedroom storage - we fully unpacked for our 1-week stay. I worked remotely from the dining table all week, and the wifi worked great. Corria was responsive and easy to communicate with, quickly helping with a couple of small needs. Some notes: - One bedroom has lower ceilings - better for kids or shorter folks. - Not wheelchair accessible: uphill driveway, then stone steps down to the unit (well lit at night). - There’s an old dock out back - it’s a bit rickety, so be cautious and watch kids. All in all, great location & highly recommended!

Rin’s place is amazingly beautiful. It is situated near to Target, many eateries, pharmacies and gas stations. The house was clean and very comfortable (just like photos). Kitchen equipped with cooking spices and appliances. Host was responsive and friendly. Would highly recommend to book Rin’s place.

Our five-night stay at this lake house was absolutely perfect! Ramy's house was very welcoming. It was impeccably clean and incredibly well-appointed – we had everything we needed, from plenty of towels and coffee to a fully stocked kitchen... pots pans, dinnerware, etc. The location couldn't be better, right on the lake great for fishing with stunning views. The pedal boats were a huge hit with our family, and the kids especially loved the game room. Our host, Ramy was incredibly attentive to our needs, even calling to welcome us and see if we had any questions. He went above and beyond to make sure we had a fantastic stay. We can't wait to come back!

Kim's place perfectly fit are needs! Lots of room to spread out., we hosted a small group of family to organize for a celebration of life from the mother. Everything was very serein and peaceful. Kitchen was extremely well equipped!! Outdoor space magical!! We would love to book again.

We loved our stay here! They've done such a beautiful job with this place and we felt right at home. We were able to keep our kayaks on the doc each night without issue and the neighborhood friendly and felt safe. Plenty of parking for our car and trailer. Right on great fishing that my husband was able to enjoy while I was able to slow down and relax on the deck with a good book and some bird watching while taking in the beautiful view. There are no homes across the water so you get nature views instead of feeling like ur looking into someone's home. So peaceful at night with beautiful stars, cool breeze, and frogs gently singing. The kitchen had everything we needed to cook all meals, comfy living room with big TV to wind down at night, great shower and bathtub, comfortable beds, and friendly and responsive hosts! 10/10 recommend and can't wait to be back!

Loved the place! Great Lake view!

It was just what I needed for my getaway -- a clean, bright space with a solid kitchen, a great bed, and easy street parking. I loved being able to go for walks in any direction, and I stumbled upon a rose garden I hadn't known about.

Sonny’s place was the ultimate Kid heaven, has everything you need to keep the kids and parents entertained! From arcades and pool table, to bikes, fishing poles and all the water toys! We brought our boat and enjoyed all the additional water toys included with the house! It was perfect for three families! Probably the cleanest most organized place we have ever rented! We all had an excellent weekend away to relax and spent time on the water!

We stayed at Michele’s for about 3 months for our travel nurse assignment. The place has everything you could need, at an amazing price considering the area. The sofa bed is so comfy, and easy to convert. Michele is always quick to respond. She would also give us eggs from her backyard chickens every now and then! She definitely took care of us. On Thanksgiving, she even brought us some sweet potato pie. We appreciated it so much since we were away from our families. Michele would drop off our mail for us every time we had something delivered. She really would go above and beyond. Would definitely recommend staying here if you’re looking for a great deal! Great place in a beautiful neighborhood. Just what we wanted. Among other things, the kitchen was great and well-supplied, including coffee, fruit, bottled water, and a bottle of wine! We felt very welcome and will certainly try to rent it again when we're back in Oakland.

I've stayed at LaurieAnn's several times and this continues to be my first choice whenever I'm in the Bay Area. LaurieAnn was very responsive to all my needs, as always. Perfect for a mobile single senior traveler. Highly recommended.

Absolutely gorgeous space! Felt like a 5 star hotel tucked away in this airbnb. The location is in a lovely residential part of the lake that is quieter and still walking distance to restaurants, shopping, grocery stores and central heart of Lake Merritt. The cleanliness of this place is top tier and loved the sweet note, gifted snacks/water, and all the personal “you may need” amenities provided in the bathroom too. Alisa is so helpful, kind, & clear with communication. So grateful to have stayed in your jewel of a sunshine home. The design is a mix of modern, retro vibes & everyone about this space is top tier. A very clean and comfortable location for easy access to Oakland Arena. Neighborhood is a bit load at times with barking dogs, but nothing a bit of sound can't dampen. La Tonya was very accommodating for an early check in so I could get a nap in before my concert. Felt secure and comfortable during my stay.

Very responsive. The place was very cozy. Would definitely be interested in rebooking another time
