Great location. Very close to the water. Very affordable rates. There are some businesses close by that add some outside noise, but we expected that being right in town.

Pepperli's commitment to offering a comfortable, beautiful home is so evident. Her attention to detail is noteworthy from the beautiful aesthetic of each room to the creature comforts you may need while there (think toothbrushes, fully stocked kitchen, cozy blankets, etc.). Also special about the place is how private it feels in the heart of a busy neighborhood. Our travel plans changed a few times after booking and each time I needed to communicate the changes to Pepperli she responded quickly and graciously. We really appreciated this! This is an exceptional find and Pepperli has earned her Super Host status!

Amazing stay yet again at Alan & Lisa’s place while in town to do some work at Perry Nuclear Plant. They are some of the most kind and considerate people you’ll ever meet. Very clear and detailed instructions and spectacular place. Neighborhood is plowed and there’s salt and shovel readily available if needed. Very very clean, just as beautiful as the pictures, quiet neighborhood, with friendly and helpful neighbors, easy access to main roadways to take you 30mins to Cleveland or 10mins into Mentor. Highly recommend them for your stay! Very reasonable and accommodating. Clear and responsive communication! Can’t say enough good things about these lovely people and their humble abode. You won’t regret staying.

This is a very pleasant house to rent. Bettie is a great host and has created a very welcoming home. Great style in every room. I feel at home here.
