This suite has large windows that look out at a field, rabbits, deer, and mountains. Beautiful 2.5 acre property with walking trails near by. Englishman river and Rathtreavor beach are a 5 min drive away. Great kayaking and scuba diving. Central island location, see Tofino one day and Victoria another. Exactly what we were looking for! Beautiful, peaceful, quiet little place. Fun to walk up to the sounds of roosters crowing and easy to access Powell River and the rest of the northern part of the sunshine coast. Id definitely stay here again, if ever I were back in the area.

My husband and I had an amazing stay at the Sea Stone Cabin. The location was perfect and offered a stunning view of the water and surrounding forest. The cabin was gorgeous, cozy, and comfortable, making it feel like a home away from home. I loved the soaking tub. It was the perfect way to unwind after a day of exploring. We had a wonderful time here. The home was just like the photos - the view was truly spectacular. We had beautiful sunny days and enjoyed having a beach right at our doorstep. We have a young family and found the place to be very family friendly, with beach toys available, a safe home for young kids, a playground nearby, and a beach safe for young kids. My children especially loved seeing the seals and hearing them bark! The kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home, everything was clean, the beds comfy - no problems! Highly recommend, and we'd love to stay again.

The house is very nice, simply and tastefully furnished, modern and warm. The equipment was as described in the advert and very good. There were two of us in the house, but it is well suited for four people. The location on the edge of Parksville is quiet. The neighbourhood is not particularly interesting, but you don't notice any of that in the house and beautiful garden. And the house is a good base for excursions in the neighbourhood. We would book here again another time.

Absolutely loved our stay at Smith Lake Farms. The highlight of the summer for our family. We stayed in the Skygazer-must do experience if you want to sleep under the stars and avoid the bugs! Our kids had so much fun swimming at the lake and catching/releasing frogs. Our only regret is that we didn’t stay longer! Clea was so friendly, accommodating and informative. We seriously cannot wait to visit again next summer. -And if you love disc golf, you have to check her course out. We had so much fun roaming the farm while playing.
