Everything was very clean and tidy. The images reflect well as the house is.

We loved the house. Quiet area with a nice garden to enjoy. Heating that warms the house well and you don't notice the cold even when sleeping. Tommy was very attentive from the start.

We loved our stay at Gustavo's home. Such a unique and artful place in the most beautiful neighborhood by Retiro Park. He was an incredible host, kind, accommodating, and very responsive. Would love to stay here again.

The experience has been spectacular. Even before booking the accommodation, all communication with Ruth was smooth, clear and friendly. The house is as shown in the photos. We arrived and the fireplaces were lit and the house was at a perfect temperature to start enjoying it. Everything was clean, tidy and full of details that made the stay comfortable and super pleasant. Everything's great at Maribel's apartment. Although it is not in a super central area, there was a metro station very close, so it was easy to get around Madrid. We found everything we needed in the neighborhood. We were very comfortable!!!

Typical Madrid apartment in a quiet and very conveniently located neighborhood. Absolutely loved the park with extensive playground right around the corner. Shops, restaurants and sights within walking distance. Several bus stops connecting to the rest of the city close by. As most rented out apartments, it's a ground floor apartment. Very cool in summer but a bit chilly in spring. Not a problem since blankets and heating are provided.

The place was good. Location is almost perfect for small families.

Jesus is a great person. Communication is quick, clear. The apartment is as described. The bed and pillow are perfect. The location is great. I recommend. Maybe it could be a little better sound insulation.

Absolutely superb stay combining the tennis with a city break. Perfect location with an amazing view of the City but close enough to walk in. The local area had a great market for fresh fruit etc and great coffee. Adela was really helpful and responsive but not intrusive. Will definitely book again if visiting Madrid. Had everything we needed.

It was my second time in Madrid and there was no question to book Sandra's apartment again for the trip. Sandra is such a nice person, always available, had good hints for hidden spots etc. The apartment could not be better located, is clean as always, private and has all you want to have to. Everything was great, from the host to the apartment. We liked it so much that we are going to repeat in our next stay in the area.

Bright, cozy,clean apartment, 12-15 minutes walking to the areas of interest. A quiet area. We park in front of the portal!!! We discovered a terrace overlooking the Cathedral, ideal for a drink while admiring the views. Lastly Alicia was responding followed!!!!!! it was pending!!!!!!. A recommended stay.

This apartment was great! We were a family of 4 adults, 2 children and a baby and had plenty of space. We used the kitchen every day and was perfect for us. Plenty of room for suitcases and a great walking closet. We enjoyed it very much. We would like to come again!

Everything went smoothly. The host gave us extremely detailed instructions making our check in very easy. The apartment was in great location just ten minutes from two metro lines in a very quiet neighbourhood. It smelled freshness and cleanliness. Very spacious for four people. Communication with José was very pleasant and he reliably sent all the necessary information and always responded quickly. The apartment is located slightly outside the (historic) center, but you can reach all the sights after just a short walk. The same applies to restaurants. The bus station is only about 2.3 minutes away and the train station can be easily reached by bus. The apartment was impeccably clean and offered everything we needed for the two nights in beautiful Segovia. We would come back :)
