Monthly Rentals in Colwood

I arrived to a vase of fresh picked flowers from the garden! It was a bright, beautiful space. As a single woman travelling, I was made to feel very safe in this home. Emily is an incredible host with a clean and quaint space. Will definitely be back! 💕💕💕💕

I highly recommend this suite and these hosts. The rental is in the downstairs of a new house in a recent development. The appliances, lights, heat system, and amenities are new and thoughtfully arranged. The photos online suggested to me that it might be cramped, but I was wrong: It is spacious and bright inside. We liked our hosts very much. They were friendly and responded to our questions within 10 minutes. There is a convenient, small shopping center across the street from the development (a few blocks from the rental) and the immediate neighborhood feels very safe for walking.

Place as was described, and Sunmi was very good about making sure everything was good for us. No complaints at all.

I had such a fantastic time at Marc and Kathy’s place! The photos really don’t do the space justice. It is extremely spacious with every amenity you could need. The kitchen was well stocked with cupboard staples, pots and pans, and it was a really nice touch to have milk, water and snacks available on arrival - especially after a long haul flight. Equally it’s fantastic to have laundry facilities available for use - not something you always see but is really handy! The shower was AMAZING - great pressure and always hot water available. The bedroom was a great size with plenty of closet space. Marc was extremely friendly and helpful with great communication throughout my stay and provided some really good local recommendations. I couldn’t fault the area. It was quiet and picturesque with fantastic views and awesome sunrises and sunsets. I cannot recommend this place more, and will definitely look to stay here during future visits to the island.
