Vacation rentals with a balcony in Columbia River

I don't write reviews often, but for Line's Airbnb I feel like I had to. The place is exactly what you get from the pictures in a peaceful and beautiful neighborhood. Something's to note before you stay here. Places around here are walkable, but I came with friends that did not like "exercise". I'd say it's a quick 5-10 min walk to a transit that will take you to the light rail or a nice 15-20 min walk to what I think is the main strip of Seattle. If you drink water like us, make sure to buy a case. we drank the generous amount of water provided and then some. They also provided plenty of snacks and other amenities for our stay that really helped out. Best thing was how responsive Line was to any questions we had regarding the house. They even checked in on us half way through our stay via the apps messenger! TLDR: This place is a great stay and would stay here again!

Jill’s condo was in a perfect location. Quiet, but very walkable to downtown Kirkland. Jill was very friendly and communicates well.

We had such a great stay at Jeff’s place! Jeff was super friendly and made sure we had everything we needed. The sauna and rooftop hang out was definitely the highlight but the place itself was beautiful and stylish and the bed was super comfy. Would 100% recommend and excited to stay again next time we’re in the area :)

Paige's Airbnb in Queen Anne was the ideal base for our Seattle visit before our cruise! We loved the picturesque and walkable neighborhood, especially being so close to Kerry Park for those incredible skyline views. The convenience of having multiple dining options and a coffee shop within a short stroll was a huge plus. What truly made our stay was Paige herself – she was super friendly, incredibly responsive, and her local recommendations were spot on and greatly enhanced our trip. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Seattle!

We had such a lovely time at the apartment! It’s peaceful, clean, spacious, and in a really lovely location. William helped accommodate an early checkin for us, which was so kind. Would definitely stay here again!

Lovely home. Beautifully decorated Spacious with great views of Puget Sound. It’s on a steep hill with sharp twists and turns to get there but they were manageable. Loved having the private garage for our car.

We kept walking through this house going "Who ARE these people?!!" because everything was so interesting. It was such a gorgeous fantasy to live in. This is not one of those IKEA/Wayfair-heavy houses without personality -- it's the exact opposite. From its design and furniture to all of the amazing art to the board games and plants and the incredible solarium, I just assumed these are the coolest people on Earth. It was lovely pretending to be them for 4 days :) The apartment downstairs is beautifully set up, and the main floor was a dream. Appreciated the heated floors during those cold PNW mornings and watching the magnolia tree bloom through the solarium windows. Highly recommend this spot to anyone with great taste!! You will not be disappointed.

Great stay and perfect for 4. The quiet neighborhood was really peaceful. Beautiful townhouse and larger kitchen than expected. It's as pictured (and better!). Taryn was so helpful in advance with answering questions and making great suggestions. We ate at the recommended restaurants multiple times. Cant wait to return.

This place had lots of room and some great views. With 11 people in the house there seem to always be plenty of room without feeling cramped. It is an older house but didn’t feel too old. There were notes on some of the most frequently used things that gave instructions on how to operate them saving us a call to the host. The bathrooms and bedrooms were very clean. The only thing that could have made the place a little better was if there was another shower that wasn’t connected through a bedroom. But this only came into play because we had nearly the maximum number of guests. It wouldn’t be an issue with fewer guests.

This home is wonderful with a great location. Super convenient for our group to stay before our cruise departure the next day. Vidya was super responsive and very accommodating! would definitely stay here again!

We had a very good time at the house. We loved the patio and the game room and the jacuzzi.Very fun.Neighbors were very friendly and welcoming.Just a few things to note.There was no lighting at the patio and the jacuzzi area in the evening .It would also be nice if you had a tv at the living room area.Apart from this we had a wonderful experience and we would love to come back again.

This Airbnb experience was perfect. We had family in from out of town and needed a lot of space. And this home absolutely delivered. It was spacious and clean and such a relaxing space with plenty of room for everyone. The kitchen, bathrooms were well stocked. Modern appliances. The movie room was a great feature. Beds, very comfortable and lots of space to gather and relax. The neighborhood is quiet. Yes, there’s some construction next door as others have mentioned but it didn’t bother us at all as the house blocked out the noise. We loved the location, plenty of restaurants not too far away. Nice neighbors too. Hosts were very responsive. I 100% recommend this place. Thank you to the hosts for everything.

Amazing location, with so much to do within easy 10-15 minutes walking distance. I absolutely loved this part of the city, we felt very safe to walk everywhere we wanted to be.

Great place to stay! We were snowboarding at Mt. Hood and Timberline. It's very close and has an adorable little town in walking distance or a 30 second car ride away. Place was spacious and the laundry is free in the basement. I would recommend staying here rather than Mt Hood Village as it's farther and not as much of a town vibe. This was perfect for us and the hosts are quick to respond and very helpful. Would stay again!

The listing was exactly as described in the view from the third floor balcony was beautiful. Clean and great amenities. I would stay here again if I return to Manson.

Overall, I would recommend staying at Top Floor Water View Oasis. We encountered a couple of minor issues during our stay, but the host team responded quickly and I think did their best to resolve them. Pros: -As others have mentioned, the view is spectacular—we spent a lot of time enjoying the water views from the balcony. -We were in town for a concert at Climate Pledge Arena and the location was incredibly convenient. If you're attending an event there, this condo is perfect. -Our family (two adults and two teenagers) stayed for two nights and found the space comfortable. The condo is exactly as described in the listing and worked well for us since we were out and about most of the time. -Self-check-in was seamless, and building access was easy.
