Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Columbia River

Donald made our entire stay effortless from start to finish. His communication was warm, prompt, and crystal-clear; every question we had was already anticipated in his thorough welcome guide. Check-in felt like walking into a friend’s home.. you follow the simple instructions and you’re instantly settled, no fussing with hidden keys or cryptic lockbox codes. The house itself is a gem. Perched right on the beach, it’s that rare mix of stylish comfort and laid-back charm. Wide windows frame an ever-changing ocean view, and the soothing sound of waves rolls in all day long. From early-morning coffee on the deck to sunset strolls along the shore, every moment felt idyllic. We left refreshed, grateful, and already plotting a return visit. Absolutely STUNNING from the moment you arrive. The home with the wreath lite up - WOW. Once you open your car door you can hear water from the adjacent creek running into the river (time of year may change this). Following the very well outlined instructions you enter the pristine home and your mouth drops open - the decor, the views, the attention to detail - A+++. Heated floors in the entrance and mater bath. The river views!!!! Towels on each bed. So welcoming you do not want to leave. The views could not be better from the home, the deck, the hot tub and the fire pit. The hot tub was so refreshing and the beds were so comfy that all of us including two teens slept in each day. This home is more remote which is outstanding for peace and quiet; bring some yummy treats (town is also not that far if need be). Also, the river bottom is a little bit of a hike - not that friendly for young ones or people needing assistance, but the house view is exceptional. Book now-I am!!!!

Absolutely gorgeous house and location! Looked exactly like the photos. We took advantage of the oysters right in back of the house and cooked them in the oven for a delicious dinner. The hot tub was the perfect place to watch the sunset. Lots of beautiful wildlife, including birds, fish, and seals that swam right up to the dock! Kayaks were another excellent feature. Overall, the perfect place to spend our honeymoon!

We stayed 5 nights in this beautiful accommodation with an incredible view overlooking the valley to Mt. Hood. The host was outstanding - great communication, very helpful with all our questions & requests. The apartment was immaculate & more than fully equipped - extra linens, a big supply of towels, snacks galore! The kitchen appliances were great, easy to use, and lots of cooking supplies were provided. For really outdoorsy types, even camping & similar supplies were available. Bed & sofa were super comfortable, Internet connection fast, Smart TV worked well with DVDs available for all tastes. The location was excellent, too - short-ish drives to Mt. Hood & various hikes in the National Forest, plus only a few minutes' drive to commercial areas for shopping. The host really thought of everything (even providing some padded hangers!). Our only regret: not staying longer. Thanks for a great experience.

We had a fantastic stay at this Airbnb. The unit was clean, the location was peaceful, and to hosts were so friendly. We needed a relaxing stay, and that is what we got.

My friend and I had a great stay at Chuck and Kathy's place. We came in to hike Colchuck Lake and wanted a location that was walkable in downtown Leavenworth. Their location is perfect and was just what we wanted. Their place is spacious will allowed for us to stretch out and get some relaxing in between activities. This spot is wonderful location in town and we would recommend to anyone looking to stay in Leavenworth!

This house is incredible. The location is perfect, walking distance to many food and drink spots. There is an amazing coffee shop right on the corner. Sauna and soaking tub are relaxing. The house is clean and organized and has clear instructions. Hosts are helpful and knowledgable. Highly recommend!

Janice’s place was amazing! The view was beautiful, we only wished it rained a little less so we could sit outside and enjoy it. Her home was incredibly clean and had all the amenities we needed. Kitchen had all of the necessary cooking supplies - pots, pants, plates, utensils, etc. she also left some homemade granola and cookies for us- so delicious, thank you, Janice! There were extra blankets and an easy-to-use heating system for each room. Fast hot water! Bainbridge has a dial-a-ride sort of bus system, and the closest spot they could pick us up was at the top of the hill- about a five minute uphill walk. Something to keep in mind if you plan to use public transportation. It’s about a 10 minute drive to town. Driveway was a tad narrow with other vehicles to navigate around, so if you plan to bring more than one car or have a larger vehicle it might be a good idea to give Janice a heads up. I have a Honda CRV and was able to park just fine with ample room. We would stay again!

We booked this stay kind of last minute and one of the reasons we chose it was the Viking ship table. The decor was so fun and there were swords and helmets to play with. We had so much fun there we were up all night having Viking battles! We are definitely going to return to stay in some of the other cabins as well!

This is a beautiful property in a residential neighborhood. It is decieving, because when you arrive at the property, you will be surrounded by trees, however the home is light and bright. Privacy is my biggest concern, so when I was driving into the neighborhood, I was uncertain about what privacy would look like. When you arrive inside, you feel like you have been teleported into a home in a beautiful forested area in the middle of a rural landscape; a getaway that will not disappoint. All amenities are provided, amd the host is friendly, professional, and available. Various ethnic restaurants are a short drive, as are Target, Safeway, and almost anything else you need!

Alice’s house was beautiful inside! Very thoughtfully decorated, the tatami mats were really cool, and there was tons of space! Would definitely book again!

Without a doubt this was one of the best value to home vacations we've ever had. My boys loved the space, the pool table and most importantly the theater. They both complained when it was time to leave, with one uttering, "I wish we could live here."

Fantastic getaway location that offered tremendous privacy. Extremely spacious house that was even bigger than the pictures made it look. House had everything we needed from plenty of towels to soap/spices/basic amenities. For those coming in the winter months, be aware that the drive up is extremely steep and I would highly recommend 4 wheel drive if there is snow or ice. Rita was extremely proactive and responsive with her communication! Definitely worth the stay for a small group looking for a peaceful place to escape.

This is an absolutely stunning rental with great amenities. We wish we had more time here! We stayed here after our wedding night, and it was the perfect spot to feel special as newlyweds. Well before we checked out the following day, we were already talking about wanting to rebook for a future stay. The farmhouse is beautiful and feels simultaneously rustic and luxurious. I highly recommend this place.

The house was beautiful and a short walk to the beach! I will say if you have kids, they may want to wear pants on the walk to the beach. The path on the way to the beach has prickly things that cut our toddlers ankles. But the house truly is just a short walk to a more secluded section of beach. Our family had a great trip! No need to leave unless you want to explore. Seaside was a 10 minute drive, so very close and convenient! Our nephew left his stuffy at the house and they mailed it to us, which was so great! We recommend the house for sure!

This airbnb had lots of amenities and comfortable beds. It was beautiful inside and outside. The lakeview was top tier.
