This newly built apartment sits above a garage and overlooks Snowgrass Farm, which produces certified organic vegetables and fruit May through October. In the winter months outdoor adventures abound as we are on a forest service road with cross country skiing, snowshoeing and sledding, all accessed from your front door. The Gardens give the impression we are miles away from the city, but all services are within 2 miles. Only a couple hours(or less) to Rainier & Olympic National parks, the ocean, zoo, wildlife parks.

The Woodlands Hideout

The Woodlands Hideout is a small intentional semi-offgrid retreat space, featured on Dwell. It was designed and built by Further Society and created to allow guests to immerse in the beauty of the natural world, but still offer some cozy and more essential comforts. Although the footprint of the space is small, we designed the experience to be outward focussed, so it feels very expansive with the towering pine trees in view.
