Vacation rentals with a home theater in Columbia River

Great place and great location!

Such a cozy, unique place! The sauna and a movie was such a nice way to end our day. Definitely worth it!

My girlfriend and I stayed here for a girls weekend. The layout of the unit, the location, the decor and bathrooms were all great. Ubers were easy to get to and from the unit, and it made for a great homebase for us. My only gripe, if I had to find one was the fact that we needed to throw away our own trash at the end of our stay. The trash receptacles are all the way on the first floor behind several doors and a few long corridors, and because our flight was at 8am, we had to account for an extra 20 minutes to bring the trash down, bring our keys back up to the unit, and then head out. Otherwise, the views, location and comfort of the unit made for an excellent first visit in Vancouver.

The 4th street studio was exactly what my family needed during the All-Star football game. It was clean and comfortable. A lot of attention to detail to make it feel homey. The fresh bagels were an added bonus. Judy was prompt on responding to any questions I had and was able to offer wonderful recommendations of local dining and attractions. The location is wonderful and quiet, yet close to town and local places to eat. I will be staying here again:)

What a lovely space! I wish we had had more time to cozy up in the apartment, but we were gone for a lot of the stay. It was pristine, very comfortable and very well stocked. The only kind of interesting thing was the bed is rotated 90º, so one person has to sleep against the wall and crawl over the other if they need to get out. Also, definitely read the instructions on how to find the place because Google Maps took me around the back instead of up the driveway. Had a great stay at Kiki’s in Vancouver. Besides the train right next door, which could be really convenient for those using public transport, but tougher for light sleepers, the location was really great. Kiki had clear instructions which helped me locate the townhouse!

The host was outstanding. I particularly felt that the host was very thoughtful of going above and beyond with the amnesties provided to the guests, from providing snacks all the way down to toiletries. Beverages were also provided for a staying guest, which sets the tone and difference from other Air B N B’s. Clear cut instructions for common questions were also provided. Superb cleanliness with outstanding amnesties. I highly recommend a stay at the Upper Room for future potential guests.

Leona's place has a wonderful view, has great evening sun exposure, was spacious and accommodating. Leona was friendly, responsive, provided a tour of the space upon arrival and was knowledgeable about biking in the area.

We stayed at Madrona West for a long weekend with our family (8 adults) and dogs. The home and views are incredible. We liked that we could spread out into our own spaces but also hang out together in the great room, plus the huge deck and yard. We always cook when we travel with our crew and the kitchen was nicely appointed. We would definitely recommend to others and will consider returning ourselves. We previously stayed at Madrona Cliff House which is another property hosted by Wilson and had a very similar positive experience. Lots of things to explore on Whidbey Island.

This was my second time staying on Jeremy’s magical property, and this time we brought the whole family! We rented both the main house and guest house for a weekend getaway, and the experience was absolutely unforgettable. The main house is warm, inviting, and incredibly spacious—perfect for gathering everyone under one roof. The design is thoughtful and full of charm, with cozy corners, a well-stocked kitchen, and comfortable beds throughout. We cooked, laughed, and shared meals around the dining table, then relaxed by the fire or explored the beautiful surroundings. The private lake, forest trails, wildflowers, and peaceful energy of this place make it feel like your own private nature retreat. We saw all kinds of critters, made bonfires, and enjoyed being completely unplugged. It was everything we hoped for and more. Jeremy’s hospitality is unmatched, and this property continues to be a favorite. We can’t wait to return again.

We were a family of 5 adults and 2 children. It was a beautiful stay with breathtaking views of the ocean from the yard. We celebrated a birthday with beautiful sunset views, fire pit, dining, lounging chairs. We would highly recommend this place for a family to have a good getaway close to water. Would return to stay here

This home is beautiful inside and out and very large. We really enjoyed the game room. But the best part was the incredible views of the bay and the Olympic snow-covered mountains from most of the windows and decks. We had fun with the kayaks a few steps from the home. The entire family had a blast. And Mellisa was a great host. We will surely return to make more family memories.

Amanda and her house were both amazing! Amanda was so proactive with phenomenal recommendations! We spent a whole day on Mississippi St based of her recommended breweries, restaurants and Jazz Bar. It was our favorite day in portland. The apartment was adorable, bed so comfy and the hot tub was an AMAZING perk especially during the chilly, rainy weekend we were visiting! I would 1000% recommend this stay to anyone visiting portland!

Beautiful Stay in the heart of nature. Great for groups and had everything you could want for a stay and more!

This house has the best pool! My children and grandchildren enjoyed it for hours every day. Us adults appreciated that the indoor design kept most of the noise away from us as we played board games upstairs (always sacrificing an adult for swim supervision of course). The table was big enough for all of us to eat together. If you plan to cook for a large group there are no large pots/pans (we used all four burners and small pans). There were plenty of dishes-cups-silverware and lots of paper towels, soaps etc which was lovely. Beds were good and there were lots of linens. Overall this was a great house for our family. If you bring a baby please things you’d need (high chair plus a baby gate etc) as they have things for toddlers (toys hidden in the footstool!), but not well suited for infants. Our family had an amazing time and we hope to be able to come back!

We had a truly restful stay at Sean and Mitch’s. The house was very well equipped and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.

We had a great stay at Tanya’s house. She was very responsive to all our inquiries and proactively shared additional and helpful information. The place was snug but had everything we needed, and was very clean and modern. The apartment was in a great location convenient to shopping, restaurants, bike rentals and transportation. It was our first visit to Vancouver and we had a wonderful time

I stayed at the Vaisberg's place at the Indigo. Everything was exactly as pictured and I loved the view of Mt. Hood in the distance. The location was central with easy access to the Pearl district, as well as downtown. The bed and all the chairs were very comfortable. The apartment got a lot of natural light. It was really just what I needed. My only complaint is that the listing mentions on site parking at $15 per day, which is a bit misleading. Yes, it's $5/hour with a max of $15, but that doesn't include in/out privileges. Each time you leave and come back, the timer starts again. I ended up paying at least double what I expected, even on days when my car didn't leave the garage. Had I known that, I would have skipped the rental car and just taken ride share for my excursions. Chalk it up to a lesson learned.

It is indeed an Oasis Downtown! Shelby was a superb host and the property is fantastic. The location is superb with transit right next door and the Seawalk just a small walk away. Having Costco a block away was a bonus. The deck space and BBQ were a wonderful bonus as we were able to have a lovely steak dinner and didn't need to eat out every night. The Pool/Hot Tub/Fitness facility is steps away and well maintained. The amenities were all that we could ask for and we felt very much at home. We would book again in a heartbeat - planning dates as I write this. I highly recommend this property and Shelby as a host. It was for us a very positively memorable experience. Thank you Shelby!

we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at thomas' condo. it is so conveniently located and we were able to walk just about everywhere we wanted to go!! the bed was sooo comfy and cozy! it was a special touch to have a washer and dryer at our disposal! came in handy for sure!! thomas was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with. would definitely recommend this place!!
