Monthly Rentals in Colorado Lagoon

I couldn’t extend my stay due to my schedule, but this place was so wonderful that it made the time feel too short. I was impressed by the freshly made bedding, and all the amenities were thoughtfully prepared—even the things I hadn’t anticipated. The location was also fantastic! It’s less than a 10-minute walk to 2nd Street, and the neighborhood is clean and beautiful. I will surely miss both this place and the neighborhood for a long time. If I ever return to this city, I would love to stay here again.

Great place. Can almost walk to the beach (5 min drive) and they are beautiful. Space was clean and the bed was very comfortable. The car parking was great, as you have your own private spot right in the front of the Airbnb and not on the street. There is a small amount of traffic noise during the day, but nothing crazy. It’s a quiet Street, but cars do pass from time to time. Host was also very responsive. Overall, great experience.

I recently stayed here for just over a month while settling into my new job, and I couldn't have asked for a better experience. The hosts are truly amazing—super responsive and incredibly welcoming, making me feel right at home from the start. The location is fantastic, with food spots, laundry, and grocery shopping all within walking distance. The access is convenient, and the area is very private, which I appreciated. Overall, I thoroughly enjoyed my stay and highly recommend this place!

It was a lovely place to stay for our work trip, very walkable and beautiful neighborhood. The home is easy to settle into and the kitchen has everything you need!
