We were a family of 5 from Norway, and really appreciated this house, a private property right on the beach in a quiet neighbourhood with a nice pool and relaxing area. The host was most gracious, replied quickly on our questions before the holiday, provided excact instructions on travel from airport to house, and the property was very clean on arrival. She also recommended some excellent local restaurants and sightseeing places to visit in the area. We had an amazing and relaxing week, and really recommend both this property and host warmly. Thx for having us :-)

Wir durften im November eine Woche in Raquels Wohnung verbringen. Die Wohnung war schön und groß, wobei das Highlight der Wohnung sicherlich der direkte Blick auf das Meer ist. Man sieht direkt den Sonnenaufgang. Da mein Mann und ich mit unseren eineinhalb jährigen Zwillingen dort waren, war es notwendig, zwei Gitterbetten und zwei Hochstühle zu haben. Das alles stellte uns Raquel zu Verfügung. Fehlende Geschirrtücher hat sie uns auch sofort gebracht. Generell hat sie auf Fragen immer sehr schnelle geantwortet und hat uns auch vor 16 Uhr einchecken lassen. Die Lage der Wohnung ist super, wenn man am Strand entlang spazieren möchte. Wenn man dies gerne mit dem Kinderwagen machen möchte, ist das eher nicht möglich, da direkt beim Strand kein befestigter Weg ist. Das Highlight war, dass wir selbst um diese Jahreszeit noch im Meer schwimmen gehen konnten und Raquel sogar Sandspielsachen für unsere Kinder hatte.

Ubytování u Horsta bylo naprosto úžasné a dokonalé. Krásné, útulné, čisté prostředí, kde si člověk odpočine. Cítili jsme se jako doma a nic nám nechybělo. Horst byl vždy po ruce a se vším nám poradil. Standardně hodnocení nepíšu,ale teď prostě musím. Děkujeme Horste za nádherný týden u tebe, myslím že se jednou vrátíme ☺️👍 CASA BEN The Best of 10 z 10 ⭐

We had a wonderful experience with our group of 5. Two grandparents were traveling with us and everyone was very comfortable. We loved walking to the ocean front every day and trying different restaurants - our favorite was El Baul, but you must get reservations ahead of time! Just a short drive over to Cala d'Or for more bustling night life and a big supermarket. We also found a wonderful sailboat charter that is equipped with a hydrolic lift that made it accessible for our grandparents to get down to the water at our stops along the way: Vita-bel with Capt. Nigel. We went to the street market in Santanyí on Saturday and visited Sant Salvador. So much to see and experience in the area - we can't wait to come back again!

Wir haben einen tollen Aufenthalt in Claudias Wohnung verbracht. Die Aussicht ist atemberaubend und die Lage ist super direkt am Strand. In der Wohnung fehlt es an nichts und ist sehr gemütlich. Da fühlt man sich wie zu Hause. Es gibt verschiedene Utensilien für den Strand wie z.b. Sonnenschirme. Claudia ist nett, zuvorkommend und konnte alle Probleme lösen. Danke für die schöne Zeit.

Die Wohnung ist direkt am Strand…mit unglaublichem Blick auf das Meer. Zu viert hatten wir ausreichend Platz und waren sehr zufrieden mit den zwei Badezimmern. Das Auto kann direkt vor der Unterkunft auf einem eigenen Parkplatz, der zur Wohnung gehört, geparkt werden. Die Wohnung war gut ausgestattet und sauber! Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.

This is a beautiful Air Bnb and I cannot thank Marta (and her Dad) enough for helping us.. even picking up milk for our young son because we arrived after shops closed , providing us with a travel cot and high chair etc. The property has an incredible view, and the location suited us really well, about 10 minutes walk into Alcudia old town.
