Besser geht’s nicht!!! Wunderschöne Wohnung, liebevoll eingerichtet und perfekt ausgestattet. Hier kann man sich einfach nur wohlfühlen. Der Besitzer und sein Team sind zuvorkommend, freundlich und hilfsbereit. Es bleiben keine Wünsche offen und man fühlt sich sehr willkommen. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Aussicht atemberaubend und die Restaurants in der Nähe sind sehr empfehlenswert. Ich möchte noch so viel schreiben, aber am besten, man probiert es selbst aus. So macht Urlaub einfach Spaß!

Wir haben 5 Tage in Vincentes Unterkunft verbracht. Die Wohnung war wunderschön. Vom Schlafzimmerbalkon war der tolle Hafen zu sehen und von Wohnzimmer aus konnte man über die Bucht gucken. Der Gastgeber war sehr freundlich und hat an alles gedacht um uns einen schönen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft zu ermöglichen. Alles war sogar besser als beschrieben und vor allem die Gegend. Vor der Tür hatte man alles was man braucht. Tolle Restaurants, Bars, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und sogar Bäcker. Zum Strand hat es auch keine 10 Minuten gebraucht. Wir sind froh Vincentes Unterkunft ausgesucht zu haben und sind ihm sehr dankbar für seine Zuvorkommenheit. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wieder kommen!

Sehr schönes Haus in Top- Lage direkt am Strand! Super sauber, alles sehr gepflegt. Die Gärtner kommen drei Mal pro Woche, die Putzfrau ein Mal pro Woche . Separate Strom- Abrechnung sehr transparent und angemessen. Raquel war jederzeit kurzfristig erreichbar. Einziges Manko: WLAN nicht separat abschaltbar. Das heißt, Mikrowellen- Bestrahlung rund um die Uhr! Führt bei mir persönlich zu Kopfschmerzen, Schwindel, Blutdruckkrisen etc.. Laut Aussage der Vermieterin ist das WLAN unabdingbar für die Funktion der Haustechnik... Weiteres Problem: Die Druck- Wasserpumpe für Frischwasser im Keller ist dermaßen laut und schrill, dass man eigentlich in keinem Schlafzimmer im Erdgeschoß schlafen kann. Die Poolpumpe in der Keller- Garage hört man gar nicht. Super! Es war nicht festzustellen, warum eine Wasserpumpe so laut sein muß, dass keiner schlafen kann! Nach 3 Tagen Qualen wurde festgestellt, dass die Garten- Leitung ein Leck hat,und deswegen unglaublich viel teueres Wasser verloren ist

Wir hatten eine tolle Woche in Cala Santanyi. Die Wohnung ist sehr sauber und die Küche überdurchschnittlich gut ausgestattet! Der Strand ist zu Fuß gut erreichbar. Man muss dort nur einige Treppen runtergehen. Direkt um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt. Aktuell ist direkt neben der Wohnung eine Baustelle. Dort wird werktags ab 7 Uhr gearbeitet. Es wird immer mal wieder lauter, aber es ist aushaltbar. Abends ist ein Mückenspray von Vorteil, damit man nicht so zerstochen wird.

Marina was the most lovelies person and her apartments are extremely clean and well looked after. She goes above and beyond for her guests and was able to meet every need we had. She was extremely responsive and she arranged taxis for us to do activities while staying with her which was so much appreciated. The apartment is located in such a beautiful area with lots of things to do and restaurants to eat in. She provides lots of information about everything. The pool was perfect and clean and so lovely to be able to use. It is very private and we thoroughly enjoyed our stay. She also allowed us to check in a bit earlier and ensured we had places to store luggage when waiting for our transfer to leave Majorca. I have nothing bad to say about this place. Excellent apartment with great facilities. Clean, modern comfortable. Outstanding views and peaceful location. The apartment was quite noisy because it isn’t very well insulated but this is a small thing in comparison to what was a great experience.

As everyone says, the apartment is even better in reality, such a perfect location, you feel you are staying on the beach, so beautiful. Josep is a great host, he arranged our airport transfers & answered any query quickly. The apartment is very well equipped inside & providing beach towels was a very welcome bonus. Do make use of the outdoor shower on the roof terrace for hosing off the post beach sand. Perfect location with shops & restaurants on the road down to the apartment, can recommend the Black Pig for dinner & ice cream at Mana & Mana. Eroski supermarket a 10 min walk away is good & the pastries next door to it at Epicerie were delicious. Alcudia Old Town is lovely & Josep's apartment is the perfect place to stay, would highly recommend.

We had the most wonderful time! The apartment is adorable, located easily to the main promenade and stunning views. It suited us perfectly and Magda thoughtfully added essentials we appreciate (plenty of clean towels, coffee, water, extra toiletries). Everything was clean and the room super quiet. Our only feedback is the mattress is quite soft, but we still slept very well. 10/10

Sanam was an amazing host. The place was very well setup with lots of love and care. we thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this cozy well equipped home. She had snacks and water kept for us, which is such a kind gesture. The only con I would say is, it was a bit expensive. All amenities worked very well - the air conditioning, hot water, etc.

L'appartamento è fornito di ogni confort. Ottima la pulizia e la posizione, isolata come piace a me. Abbiamo trascorso una settimana di piacevole relax. Jaume è stato sempre reattivo e cordiale. Un ottimo rifugio nel quale tornare sicuramente. La strada per arrivare non è asfaltata, ma è sufficiente fare attenzione e non si corre alcun pericolo di rovinare la macchina. FORTEMENTE CONSIGLIATO

Absolutely Wonderful Stay in the Heart of the City! We had an amazing experience staying at this beautiful apartment located right in the historic center. The space is incredibly spacious, sparkling clean, and thoughtfully decorated — it felt like a home away from home. Every detail was carefully considered to ensure comfort and convenience. One of the highlights of our stay was the host — truly exceptional! Warm, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed, including great local tips. You can tell they genuinely care about their guests having the best possible experience. The location is perfect for exploring the city on foot, with so many landmarks, charming streets, and great restaurants just around the corner.

Séjour très agréable dans cette maison familiale et paisible en bord de mer, bien équipée, nous avons trouvé tout ce dont nous avions besoin pour profiter de notre séjour. Il y a une très jolie plage à 5 minutes à pieds de la maison. Maria est très réactive afin que tout se passe au mieux. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir.

The villa was amazing, with incredible view over the bay. Everything was as described in the offer; well equipped; very clean; the beds were super comfy. The host was very proactive, sending lots of information about the house, neighbourhood and Mallorca overall. We really recommend this place. Thank you!

Quiet neighbourhood, very nice place with a lot of space outside, more than we had expected from the pictures. 10min walk to a nice swimming beach. Andrés was a very lovely host. Communication went well in a mix of spanish/german and english haha. Thanks Andrés!

Insgesamt ein tolles Haus. Es ist gross und sehr sauber. Wir haben insbesondere den Whirlpool sehr geschätzt. Für die Sauna war es uns bei dem schönen Wetter etwas zu warm. Morgens und Abends am grossen Tisch draussen zu sitzen war sehr gemütlich. Die Lage ist toll, zu Fuss in 2 Minuten beim Eroski und etwa 5 Minuten bis zum sehr schönen Strand. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen. Wir hätten uns in der Küche etwas mehr Ausstattung gewünscht (Geschirr etc. ist alles eher knapp bemessen, wenn man mit 5-6 Personen dort ist), sind aber auch damit im Endeffekt dann gut klar gekommen :-). Antoni war jederzeit erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit wenn etwas fehlte. Er hatte auch viele Infos und Tipps was es in der Umgebung gibt. Ein guter, sehr freundlicher Gastgeber.

Emilio's apartment was wonderful. Its location on the seafront with beautiful views and a small beach with shallow waters for swimming couldn't have been more perfect. The apartment is peaceful, private and has everything you could need. Emilio and his brother Enric are warm, helpful and generous hosts. Thank you!

6 ladies and we found everything absolutely fantastic, all amenities within easy reach, taxi at the end of the road which was fab on the very rare occasion when we needed one. all in all would definitely recommend .

Tolle Unterkunft mit wunderschöner Aussicht! Besonders gefallen hat uns die private Terrasse auf der 2. Etage sowie der Zugang zum Meer. Hier auf den Felsen lässt es sich sehr gut aushalten und man kann sich sonnen und picknicken. Die Bäder sind sehr neu und super schön! Die Möbel im Schlafzimmer und Wohnzimmer sind zwar nicht super modern, aber trotzdem sauber und gemütlich. Sehr empfehlenswert!

I absolutely loved my stay. It was everything I needed… a quiet place right by the sea where I would swim daily and paddle board. A great space for anyone who’s active but also an artist/ writer. The town is so lovely and ebbs and flows with story. I even extended my stay I loved it so much. Highly recommend! Thank you!!

Gorgeous apartment with quality furnishings, super comfy bed, a lovely balcony and two bathrooms. The pool was great for hanging with lots of sunloungers and a gorgeous beach a few mins walk away. Would highly recommend!

Wir hatten einen sehr angenehmen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung war sauber, gut ausgestattet und genau wie beschrieben. Besonders geschätzt haben wir die Nähe zum Strand und die unkomplizierte Kommunikation mit dem Host, stets freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir konnten uns gut erholen und haben uns jederzeit wohlgefühlt. Gerne kommen wir wieder einmal zurück.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in diesem sehr sauberen Apartment. Der Panoramablick ist fantastisch und die Wohnung ist wirklich so wie auf den Fotos. Die Lage ist perfekt, die Ausstattung inkl. Waschmaschine und Trockner sind wunderbar und die Betten sind sehr bequem. Der frische Duft der Bettwäsche und der Handtücher waren ein weiterer Pluspunkt. Wir würden diese Wohnung jedem empfehlen und kommen gerne wieder.

The home is spacious and very well appointed and supplied. The view from the terrace is unmatched. An extra bonus is the garden above the main level in the back of the property. The private parking space was an extra benefit, even though getting in and out of it could be a little tricky
