Vacation rentals with a hot tub in Colombo

I was looking for a place near Colombo for a Friday night getaway with friends, and I came across Ryan’s property in Maharagama. From the moment we arrived, we were blown away by how spacious, modern, and sophisticated the place was. The architecture, choice of colors, and thoughtful spatial arrangements created an inviting and stylish atmosphere—it even became a topic of conversation among us. Everything about this stay was exceptional—the cozy beds, comfortable couches, and the fully functional kitchen that had everything we needed. Every member of our group had something to appreciate, and we spent hours admiring the details. The lake in front of the property was a lovely addition to the view. However, while it’s something beyond the owner’s control, it was covered with aquatic plants—I just wish that wasn’t the case. The host was incredibly welcoming, making the experience even better. One of our best holidays . The place was so peaceful and beautiful. The host Isuri and caretaker Shelton are really nice and helpful. We had a very relaxing weekend with our friends. This is really a hidden gem in the busy town of Moratuwa . Thank you !

We ( 2 adults and 3 teenagers) spent 2 weeks over Christmas and New year at Reshmaal's place. The vila and the pool are exactly as in the fotos. Hambele was of great help to us although his English was extremely poor. He helped with small shopping from locals and made sure we had everything we needed. He also got us a local SIM card ( it costed 1000 rupees) which was very helpful. We had the same Tuk Tuk driver, who used to pick us from the house, drop us where we wanted and then picked us up again from where we were. I suggest you do the same, because the driver knows where you live and you do not have the hassle to always explain where you live ( can be difficult). All in all we had an amazing time and we fully recommend it.

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.

The space was impeccably clean, beautifully decorated, and equipped with everything I needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect, allowing easy access to local attractions and dining options. Meththa was incredibly responsive and helpful, providing great recommendations and ensuring I had everything I needed throughout my visit. I truly felt at home and appreciated the attention to detail that made my stay special. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a wonderful getaway. Kenji & Nisha was a very helpful and responsive host. Everyone who stayed in their place loved the place. Definitely worth the money. Their in house staffs are very helpful and respectful. Will definitely recommend this place to everyone. Worth it!
