We had a wonderful stay at this AirBnB in Colombohosted by Noel! The location is perfect—right in the heart of the city, yet peaceful and easy to reach. One of the highlights was the beautiful sea view from the apartment, which made the experience even more special. The building itself is fantastic, with excellent facilities including a pool, sauna, steam room, and gym—all of which we used and thoroughly enjoyed. Everything was clean, well-maintained, and easy to access. The apartment was very well furnished and thoughtfully set up with all the amenities you’d expect in a high-quality stay. The beds were comfortable, storage was ample, and overall, it felt like a home away from home. Coordination with the caretaker Inthika was smooth and seamless from start to finish. We truly had a lovely stay and would highly recommend this place to anyone visiting

Grateful to have this stay at Havelock City - close to so many helpful shops and food court, amenities, etc., for our final days in the country. Nice location - short tuk tuk ride or hot walk to many local sights. Safe guarded complex. Supermarket in apartment complex, pool is large (3 different sizes) with a small playground for kids and views of the Lotus tower, and also a gym on the same floor. inside is spacious, clean and with air cons in the rooms.

My family and I, wanted a place in Colombo for a month. After looking for a long time, we finally found this apartment, which truly exceeded our expectations. The best thing is the property it self which has many facilities such as the gym, pool, supermarket and an ATM. There are many restaurants close by aswell. Overall the experience was great. The only drawback if any I would say is the height of the bed, which is very low to the ground. Other than that fantastic place.

Thiushanj along with the chef and housekeeper was extremely welcoming and friendly they accommodated every need of ours from food to some shoppings which included from liqueurs to medicines and to a birthday cake which we requested from a place almost an hour ago highly recommend the place . Altaf is an amazing host. He went above and beyond to make our stay as comfortable as possible. Anything extra we needed, he saw to it that we got. He is extremely responsive on text. This is a comfortable two bedroom property. The furniture is all brand new and all the appliances are brand new. Bathroom fittings etc are all brand new too. It is a perfect air bnb property as Altaf only stays there on the rare occasion so it is neat, modern and uncluttered with personal stuff. Agree, the pictures don't do it full justice. Plenty of storage for suitcases clothes. Excellent wifi (we used this a lot!!) and the TV comes with Netflix. The building itself is quiet in that there aren't many other residents yet so often we had the pool and the gym to ourselves. We ordered Uber Eats many times and they only got lost once. Lots of security and there is a person at reception to collect deliveries. MUST check out the roof which is available for booking. Massive kitchen and private party area (indoor and outdoor space). Incredible view. Location will be good once the Cinnamon Life Mall etc is built. Partial view of the sea from the balcony. Good sized balcony with enough space for four chairs and a table. The only thing is it is a low floor, and there was a lot of construction noise from the approach road that is being built. However, this is almost done and shouldn't be a problem in the near future. Overall we had an excellent month long stay and I can highly recommend this place. A big thank you to Altaf for going out of his way to make our stay enjoyable and for being so responsive. Excellent price point too.

I had an amazing stay at Lasith’s place! The accommodation was spotless, well-equipped, and exactly as described in the listing. The location was perfect, with easy access to restaurants, super market, etc. The bed was incredibly comfortable, and I truly appreciated the thoughtful touches like Jaccusie. Lasith was a fantastic host—responsive, friendly, and always willing to help with any questions. Their hospitality made the experience even better. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

The Villa is stunning, even more beautiful than the pictures! The outlook from poolside was beautiful, we watched the monkeys playing in the trees while enjoying a lovely breakfast and throughout the day were visited by peacocks, iguanas and many different birdlife. What made this holiday an amazing experience was the excellent services of Chadima. Chadima is highly intuitive of what level of attention you prefer and always highly respectful of privacy and would always check before coming in the kitchen. Chadima prepared breakfast every day, asking for our preferences the night before. We also enjoyed some dinners and a lunch prepared by Chadima which were all excellent. Chadima is super proud of using the highest quality ingredients and would be at the fish markets in the early hours of the morning to get the catch of the day if fish was our choice for dinner. We also enjoyed a great fun cookery lesson with Chadima. Excellent & professional hospitality service - highly recommend.
