Great house with great location! I would highly recommend this place for any extended stays

We decided on a last minute weekend get away and Jacques guesthouse did not disappoint. Her beautiful home is on the property but you have every bit of privacy needed. The deck was our favorite spot. Very private, great view of the hills and you can hear geese, cows, and turkeys. The check in and check out was the easiest I’ve seen. We will definitely be back!

The home is very well done and appointed. Very clean with everything you need for a stay. Just a few blocks from a lot of great restaurants and bars. Would definitely recommend this as a place to stay!

They accepted our stay with very short notice (within 3 hours of arriving) which was a load off my shoulders. When we arrived at the house it was absolutely beautiful and a very quiet neighborhood The décor was not only beautiful but very functional. It was very spacious and extremely clean. Wonderful backyard and board games galore.. they even had a Christmas tree up with the lights on for us in the large front window it was very welcoming. 10 out of 10 I would recommend this place to anyone needed accommodation. We truly enjoyed the stay. Communication was excellent and home was actually bigger than we realized from the pictures. The home had so many amenities. Wish we wouldn't have been so busy working ... would have enjoyed relaxing in the back yard more. If we visit with the family again, we would definitely like to stay here again. Thanks Karl.

Great stay. Super convenient to my required location and a much better choice than a local hotel. Quiet, day and night. Walkable. Felt very secure due to the established neighborhood. 👌🏼

It was a much needed get away, but not far from home. Erin is a great host and always responded quickly to any questions. The area is beautiful, with plenty to do nearby, but the stay at the cabin to relax and take everything in was just what I was looking for.

It was a great location and wonderful house for kids for a multi-generational stay!

Adrienne’s place is clean, comfortable, and in a beautiful location. We enjoyed the hot tub and pool with waterfall. The beds were VERY comfortable and the house had all that we needed. There’s plenty of parking and the place is easy to find. We also loved playing the arcade games…that was a fun extra touch! We would love to stay again sometime.

Gorgeous private hidden oasis, stunning heated pool with waterfall, amazing main house, and an incredible pool house all under a canopy of trees. Such a tranquil and wonderful experience. Located seconds from historic downtown Folsom and in a gem of a historic neighborhood. Was able to bring my dogs and my husband and I chose to solely retreat to the fabulous pool house. We had smart cooling / heating, 1 large bathroom with bath tub shower, a half bath in the living room with a gigantic smart tv, a beautiful large dining table with chairs and a bench, a wonderful kitchen with an island, two large balconies, and a gigantic king bed with wood bed frame, also a washer and dryer. The main house was just as phenomenal and bigger, however we chose to stay in the pool house because it was more intimate and cozy for just me, my husband, and dogs. Douglas was an outstanding host and the property is an absolute treasure. I will come back again and will add to my secret list of Airbnbs.

Our stay was perfect. The pictures were accurate and the place was as described. It was a surprise for my wife who loves Spanish architecture so she was thrilled. Olga was a great host making sure we had everything we needed. We will most definitely stay there again, especially in the summer.

In most things, getting the details right, is difficult. Sarah knocked it out of the park. This place is so thoughtfully put together. From the well appointed kitchen, to the great bedding, and the clear instructions, this place was so welcoming and comfortable. The location is very private and peaceful. We enjoyed using this place as a base to do daily excursions to some great snowy places for snowshoeing. We said, multiple times this weekend to each other, “I love this place and we should come back here soon!”.

Lindsay’s place was great. It was easy to find, easy to check in and out of. Lindsay was very communicative and had everything we needed. We would definitely stay here again.

Thank you Suz for the great stay! The location was cozy, dog friendly, and in a great location for visiting family in Folsom. Suz went out of her way to decorate for the holidays for guests and was friendly and proactive. We appreciated the large dining table, games, and amenities.

Great place, will definitely book again!

This is our second time staying at this beautiful home. It’s so comfortable and cozy and has lots of great space for family to hang out, cooking meals, play games, and watch movies. I love being able to bring the dogs and it’s very well set up for that. We also found a lovely hike along the railroad track and threw an old graveyard into the little historic town of Dutch flat. That was really nice.

We did a mini staycation for Spring Break and had a very relaxing time! We didn’t need to go anywhere after we bought groceries. This place has everything! Hot tub, fire pits, tons of board games, arcade! My 2 boys, 15 and 11 had a blast and my husband and I got to take it all in and relax as well. Highly recommend!! I had some questions here and there and Misti would answer them lickity split! Awesome host!

Just as described. A peaceful getaway. A great space for families. Well stocked kitchen. Very clean. A few bugs but nothing out of the ordinary for being in a wooded area. Comfortable furniture inside and out. Mattresses are firm. Great suggestions for food and activities near by, but mostly just stayed in the cabin and enjoyed the peace and quiet. My children and I all really enjoyed our stay!
