Dear guests, we are Massimo and Roberta, we recently bought this farmhouse dating back to the 1800s, surrounded by chestnut trees, near the village of Pruno. If you want to immerse yourself in nature, this is the place for you, you will find silence and tranquility. You will arrive by car in this peaceful oasis, welcomed by the large terrace where you will enjoy the sun all day, and end up admiring the sunset. Upon entering, the living room with winter fireplace is very intimate for reading a book.

Medieval Tower House in the Historic Center

Discover the charm of an 11th-century medieval tower, completely original from the period, in the heart of Lucca. Once home to the architects of the Cathedral and later to the bell-ringer, it stands at the foot of the bell tower — but the bells never ring, ensuring peace and restful sleep. An ancient deconsecrated church dating back to the early 1900s, originally built as a private chapel of Villa Philipson. Chiesino Dei Vaioni has a loft structure with two double bedrooms on two separate mezzanines. Outside, there is a kitchen with a wood-burning oven, private gardens with a tree-lined avenue and an olive grove. The gates and internal stairs were built by the Antica Fonderia Michelucci. Chiesino Dei Vaioni is immersed in the Tuscan countryside just minutes from the city.

The house is a stone and wood cottage in the park of the Apuan Alps, an ideal place for those who want to walk in the woods and get to know and visit the attractions of Versilia and Tuscany between the sea and the mountains. The house consists of a full kitchen with a gas stove, wifi, sofa bed, and for heating for the winter season it has a wood-burning stove and preset heat pumps, a bedroom with a full bathroom with a shower, and a wooden loft with a single bed.

Dotata di riscaldamento e ventilatore estivo. All’esterno un terrazzino panoramico perfetto per rilassarsi e ammirare il paesaggio.

Our brand new Villa "Colle di San Gemignano" is built with all modern comforts but with the charm of an old typical Tuscan barn, completely immersed in the green hills, where you can savor peace with the only sounds of nature, in total relaxation, away from the chaos and frenzy of big cities. The Colle di San Gemignano villa is located alone on a hill, surrounded by a large olive grove with swimming pool and wooden solarium, in harmony with nature.

VILLA GIOMA - Completely renovated country house

Charming rustic located on top of a private hill, complete remodeled in 2023 with private infinity pool surrounded by nature. The farmhouse has comfortable outdoor spaces where you can eat and relax in front of a breathtaking view. The whole house is equipped with air conditioning and each bedroom has a private bathroom. We charge an additional cost of 30€ per day for utilities to be paid at check in.
