Monthly Rentals in Colma

We normally stay at a local hotel , but decided to try this location . We were surprised and please at the location and amenities . Check in was easy and we had prompt responses to our inquiries . We would rent again .

Responsive host and great place!! Safe, quiet, and clean!

We stayed here for 3 months and felt right at home. Midori is a great host, and is super responsive and friendly. The unit itself is good value— its in a quiet family-friendly neighborhood overlooked by the San Bruno Mountain state reserve. Inside, it is modern and well-furnished, and looks identical to the photos. Overall, we had a great stay here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a temporary home near San Francisco!

I had a great stay at Ka’s place! The home was exactly as described—clean, comfortable, and well-equipped with all the amenities listed, which made my visit very convenient. Ka was incredibly responsive and accommodating, allowing me to check in early and check out late as needed, which was a huge help. The only downside is that the location isn’t ideal if you don’t have a car. While there’s a small supermarket about a 15-minute walk away and a few nearby restaurants, you’ll need to walk over 30 minutes to reach larger grocery stores or do more substantial shopping. That said, this was partly my fault for not researching the area better beforehand. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay and would recommend Ka’s place, especially for those with a vehicle.
