Vacation rentals with beach access in Colleton County

so awsome probably one of the best places I have been at. not crowded/touristy. locals friendly. private beach wow! clean dolphins everywhere.

Such a wonderful space. I felt right at home soon as I walked in. So peaceful having my morning coffee on the deck. The location is perfect and provides a peaceful setting for a relaxing Edisto getaway! I look forward to returning on my next visit.

Dave was wonderful and always quick to respond! The condo was awesome, very clean and up to date. Check-in was very easy and simple. Will absolutely book with Dave in the future!

We had a great stay in Beaufort while attending the Gullah Festival-a perfect getaway for me & hubby, my sister & her family & our fur baby. The home was just as beautiful as the photos—clean, comfortable, & spacious. Faith & Jeff were incredibly welcoming, responsive, & accommodating. After checking out, I was frantic thinking I had left an important item. I texted them & they responded immediately with the same sense of urgency & went out of their way to search for the item —an act of kindness & care really appreciated. If you’re a reader, you’ll appreciate the detailed notebooks provided with thorough instructions & thoughtful info about the area. From the nicky picky corner, I’d advise guests to expect the occasional water bug or spider, which I assume comes with the Lowcountry. Also, the Blackstone grill was dirty, so a gentle reminder to guests that it’s always kind to clean up for the next person. In all, we had a lovely experience & would definitely return. Thanks Faith & Jeff!

We enjoyed our stay for several nights! Can't beat the location & scenery! The inside is just like the photos. The King bed was very comfortable as were the pillows. Short walk out to the beach/ocean. We really enjoyed sitting on the screened porch. We enjoyed eating at the Seacow & Crust pizza place. Crissy is a great host! We will return.

This was our second stay at the house, and we hope to keep coming back. House is comfy and clean and has everything you need. The peacefulness and beauty of the marsh, the birdsong, and the wind in the trees are balm to the soul.

Julie's cottage was peaceful and comfortable. We all enjoyed our time there. (Adults & teens) We had everything available to prepare our meals including a grill. The beds were comfortable. There are plenty of app options on the TV, and puzzles and games for when it rains. We would definitely consider staying here again when visiting in the future.

Spent memorial weekend at the Mudminnow with my wife, daughter, son-in-law and three grandkids. The house was honestly perfect for the long weekend. Very clean, comfortable furniture, everything in the kitchen we needed, and great A/C. The walk to the beach was maybe 5 minutes at the 4 and 5 year old's pace. Got rained out of the beach on day one so we were trapped in the house which is not always great with a bunch of young kids but we hung out on the porch and played games and listened to music. The outdoor shower was really nice for post beach washdown, the beach cart and chairs came in real handy as well as the grill for memorial day steaks. Tyler, the host, was very timely in reaching out to make sure we were covered during the stay. Honestly one of the best stays we've had at an airbnb. Great location, great house, great host.

Had a great stay at the cottage during our annual trip to Beaufort . Such a cute, well maintained home . Very nice linens and comfortable beds- and lots of interesting antiques add to the overall character of this 1940’s home . Pretty backyard for our two small dogs . Home is very clean and well maintained .

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ A Nice Lowcountry Escape! Our weekend stay at this beautiful Airbnb in Beaufort was truly nice! From the moment we walked through the door, we were greeted by a warm and cozy atmosphere. The house was not only beautifully kept but also incredibly comfortable—perfect for a relaxing getaway. The host was thoughtful and welcoming, providing everything we could possibly need — from local recommendations to small touches like coffee, extra linens, and even a guidebook of things to do around town. Her attention to detail really made a difference. The location was also a plus — tucked away in a quiet, neighborhood but still just minutes from historic downtown Beaufort, waterfront parks, and restaurants. After a long day at the African Gullah festival, coming back to this cozy space was such a treat. The backyard was a good spot to unwind in the evenings with a glass of wine. If you’re looking for a relaxing, authentic South Carolina experience, look no further. We can’t wait

Great place to stay! Clean and comfortable condo, and minutes to the beach. Quiet community, close to Hunting Island State park. Plenty of places to eat within a 20 minute radius. Also enjoyed walking around Beaufort and the boardwalk at Cypress Wetlands in Port Royal. Would recommend staying here again.

Terrific stay! I’ve rented a few condos here on Harbor Island over the past couple of years and this one was by far my favorite. The pictures online don’t really do the view justice - the condo and patio are positioned so that you have a direct view of the dunes and the ocean. It’s beautiful. The interior appears recently updated and everything was new and clean and modern. I had everything I needed for my week there When you stay on Harbor Island, make sure to stop by the Publix, Harris Teeter, etc on your way in and stock up. Harbor is a bit on its own out there but that’s the point. I recommend Seaside Bar and Grill a couple miles before the island for dinner (and Wednesday shrimp and wings). Johnson Creek Tavern is just past Harbor and has a lovely view of the inlet, but is expensive. Stop by Gay’s to pick up seafood for nights you plan on cooking in. This was a wonderful condo on a quiet, lovely island. I’ll seek this one out again for my next stay!

Communication was excellent. Upon arrival the condo was very clean and nicely decorated. We did not think about bringing beach towels, emailed asking about them, with in an hour or so we had 4 beach towels and additional bath towels delivered to the door. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook all our meals. We look forward to staying again soon.

We stayed in Nadine’s condo for a short period of time to attend our family reunion on the island! We loved the beach access, big back deck, and the condo’s pool close by. We didn’t stay much in the condo except for eating lunch and sleeping, but it was perfect for the two of us. The bed is a little too soft for me, but it was OK for the short stay. We really appreciated the black out curtains in the bedroom because that morning sun is bright! Thanks again, Nadine for a great stay and providing little “goodie bags” with essentials! We will definitely stay again!

We had a wonderful stay on Edisto Island! The condo was spacious, the back deck was lovely, and we had all the amenities we could ask for during a long weekend stay. I hope to stay here again. It was great!
