The house is as described, with everything you need and care. Luis called us before arriving to make sure to be there to show us how everything worked. We were lucky to not have to share the pool which allowed us to enjoy the house even more. It is in a very quiet location, approx. 5 Km from Ávila city. We had a great time and felt right at home.

We were 10 friends at the house and we were afraid that the space would be tight, but it was the opposite. The rooms are spacious, the kitchen and living room too, and everything was very clean. We took a walk through the village until we reached a farm, we liked to take a stroll. It's quiet and pleasant. Highly recommended!!!

Alba's house is perfect, it has everything you need. Alba is always ahead of anything you might need in a house. You go from your home to feeling like it's your own, and above all in an idyllic enclave with fabulous views, which makes it the ideal place to rest and disconnect for a few days away from the hustle and bustle. In addition to all this, they allow pets with a fenced garden that makes it easy for them to have fun without leaving. Although the entire development is perfect for your walks. What more could you want from a place to stay?

A very cool house to relax for a few days with very nice views

The village is very quiet and the house is comfortable. He left us the table set and details of the area upon our arrival. Easy access. Also wood for the barbecue. A wonderful, cozy house, which is located in a quiet area. The house has everything you need, a well-equipped kitchen, a real fireplace, next to which it is pleasant to sit on a cold day. We had a great time, the house had everything we were looking for, comfortable living areas, the fireplace worked wonderfully, spacious areas, a large kitchen, comfortable and with everything you need, we didn't miss anything at all. The weather was not good, but we were able to enjoy the house, with good times reading by the fireplace with a good glass of wine... The bedroom area with spacious rooms and very comfortable beds, two bedrooms with two full bathrooms. Patricia was helpful at all times, answering any questions we might have and advising us on the area with places to eat, which by the way was a total success. We'll be back for sure, we're looking forward to hiking in the area.

We had a wonderful time at Susan Home. We had nice sunny weather in December and were also able to enjoy it on the spacious, sunny balcony! Angelo is always easily accessible and responds quickly to questions. Glad we chose Susan Home!

José María was the one who received us. We taught, explained and recommended everything; places to eat, places to visit, how to get to Madrid centro... TODO. (We were greeted with a box of chocolates🥹) The very cozy house, yes it has a camera but in the bar area and the billiard that would be the "fiesta" area but once inside the house, we had our privacy. We fell in love with the views with so much nature and horses just winged.

We have had a spectacular end. The house is just as it appears in the photos and the land is huge. There is a perfect tranquility and intimacy for a weekend between friends. Tito is very hospitable and friendly. Sorry for the rain, we will try to come back to enjoy the pool.
