We stayed in Colico for a week. The place is nice and functional. Everything you need is there. The pool is refreshing and rarely full. Since the accommodation is a little higher, you always have to go uphill (walk or drive). Small tip: There is a normal coffee machine and a capsule machine for Dolce Gusto (to be noted if you want to take coffee capsules with you)

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

We had a great stay at Daniela's during Colico in Cantina. Location was perfect for this. The surprisingly large apartment is clean and well maintained. We didn't miss anything and were completely satisfied.

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

The view is adorable. The location is the best. Car park is crucial to enjoy your stay and it was available upon request for free.

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We had a wonderful stay, everything just as described. Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

The accommodation is located in the village on the hillside with a beautiful view of Lake Como. It was very quiet with us, you could only hear a rooster and donkey from the neighborhood. On foot you can quickly reach cafes, restaurants and a small supermarket and of course the beach. The place was very clean and cozy. We would mist definitely visit again.

Matteo’s place is a very nice apartment in a great location, super convenient to go around, also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Worth it!

We felt very comfortable at the place. Alberto and Mara were always available to us, we were warmly greeted with homemade cake and homemade prosecco. Thank you very much for that, both were very delicious. We were particularly pleased with the kayaks and mountain bikes. The access to the lake is directly opposite the apartment, you just have to cross the main road. We also got good tips for excursions and attractions. We definitely recommend this place. 😊👍🏻

Marco and his team are very friendly and helpful (in German!). The apartment was very clean! Air conditioning is needed on hot days, which costs extra, but that's fair and okay in my eyes! The pool is great and the outdoor facilities in great condition. You have to walk about 30 minutes to the lake. A supermarket can be reached in about 10-15 minutes on foot.

Friendly and helpful Paola was the perfect hostess. My sister and I were looking for peace and relaxation, and we really got it while sitting on the balcony of the apartment, surrounded by greenery and beauty, enjoying the magical evening sun. There is a lot to see and experience in the area. We returned home relaxed, with wonderful memories.

The accommodation is located above the village and thus has a great view of Lake Como. The apartment was very clean and the kitchen was well-equipped. Unfortunately, there is no air conditioning but a fan is available and although we had 30 degrees during the day, you could ventilate well in the evening and also sleep well. The pool is large and surrounded by lots of meadow. We arrived with a child and were able to relax well.

Our stay was excellent! The house is exactly as shown in the photos — very clean, well-equipped (nothing is missing from the kitchen and barbecue area, and in the bathroom too) and very cozy. The location is great, with easy access to supermarkets. I advise renting a car, so you can see everything around the lake. The host was attentive and quick to respond whenever I needed anything.

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

⸻ We had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely beautiful, and the apartment was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

Had a great time at this apartment! The place is perfectly as described: clean, well-decorated and very well-equipped. The bed is comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need to cook, and the bathroom is impeccable.
