L’appartamento di Chiara è molto carino e lei è davvero gentile e disponibile. Lo consiglio vivamente!

Wir waren zwei Nächte im schönen Apartment Bellavista und genossen die unglaubliche Terrasse (Zimmer 11) mit Blick über den gesamten Comer See. Die Einrichtung ist passend, es fehlt an nichts und Angela ist immer erreichbar und zur Hilfe. Wir empfehlen es unbedingt weiter und würden auch wieder kommen. Unseren Hund mitzubringen war auch überhaupt kein Problem und es gibt zwei Hundestrände in 10min Entfernung mit dem Auto. Danke Angela!

Wir waren für eine Woche in Colico. Die Unterkunft ist schön und zweckmäßig. Es ist alles da was man benötigt. Der Pool ist erfrischend und selten voll. Da die Unterkunft etwas oberhalb liegt, muss man zurück immer bergauf (laufen oder fahren). Kleiner Tipp: Es gibt eine normale Kaffeemaschine und eine Kapsel Maschine für Dolce Gusto (ist zu beachten wenn man Kaffeekapseln mitnehmen möchte)

This apartment is well equipped and its position on the lake is amazing. The views are stunning . You actually cant wait to come home at the end of the day.Andrea very efficient and helpful...Great swimming pool, and area felt like our own The local shops are great to use slightly more expensive than supermarkets in town but easy to walk to. Wine shop is the best thing ever. You can sample wine before purchasing and its so cheap. Take your own bottle for refill..C10 bus route top of road ,either way is great. 6 mins to Menaggio. Other way is towards Colico. Nice place called Sa Vito kite surfing area and Colico was also nice and not so touristy .

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt bei Daniela während Colico in Cantina. Die Lage war hierfür perfekt. Die überraschend große Wohnung ist sauber und gepflegt. Es hat uns an nichts gefehlt und waren rundum zufrieden.

This is by far the most beautiful property my partner and I have stayed in. Jennifer & Nico were incredibly responsive, friendly and helpful with every aspect of the stay. The place itself has stunning views and the interior is flawlessly curated. The pictures don’t quite do justice to how magnificent it is. We had a perfect time & would highly recommend to anyone.

I stayed here for 3 nights in early June with my two teenage kids and we enjoyed it very much! The lake views were beautiful, and so was the location. We loved being in a small town (with a number of good restaurants) but still close to Lugano, which is also accessible by ferry at a nearby stop. The place was exactly as described and was clean, comfortable, and quiet. Host was responsive and helpful. It's about 25m to get to lake level, where we went swimming a number of times. There's no beach or designated entry point (that I could see anyway) but you can hop in off the edge where the boats are tied up. My kids loved it! We didn't have any issue finding parking at the lot at the top of the village (although the spots were quite tight). It's around a 5-minute walk to the apartment which is well worth it to be so close to the lake! Recommended!

Beautiful home, very easy steps to get into the property. Quick responses, helpful owners who are very accommodating. Amazing location int he heart of Como. Not far from the train station. The cleaner is also very lovely and was so kind to our dog, she couldn’t whip out the bed and water soon enough. Would definitely return and 100% recommend 10/10 ♥️

We had a wonderful stay, everything just as described. Bonus it’s on the main level and one of the first homes up that street (lots of walking and hills in general in bellagio so it was nice to reach our stay a little easier then some ;) there were a couple occasions other tourists were walking with us and would comment “oh wish we lived here or were already here” as they had much farther walks from town

Our second trip here (last summer was the first) and still amazing. A great place away from the tourist towns of Varenna and Bellagio...amazing view and mostly locals in the town of Perledo. The view alone is worth this AIRBNB a five star. Good size apartment with everything you need from the fluffy towels to the well equipped kitchen. Buses were really easy to navigate. Giancarlo and Andrea were great co-hosts reaching out often to make sure we had the best possible stay.

Both Francesco and his mom are super friendly, and very service minded. We had an amazing stay for 8 days and truly enjoyed it! The view is spectacular! And the apartment is perfect, the kitchen is equipped with everything you need, which makes it easy to cook. I would however recommend trying the local Briisa de ness, really good food. I would stay here again any time! One little note, it’s not that easy to get around in the area with your dog, as there are no paths outside of the roads, the roads are quite small and sometimes a bit busy to walk on. So you will either have to drive a bit to get to an area suitable for walking. However there is a small garden attached to the apartment.

Die Unterkunft liegt im Dorf am Hang mit schönen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Bei uns war es sehr ruhig, man hörte nur einen Hahn und Esel aus der Nachbarschaft. Zu Fuß erreicht man schnell Cafés, Restaurants und einen kleinen Supermarkt und natürlich den Strand. Die Unterkunft war sehr sauber und gemütlich. Wir würden auf jeden Fall wiederkommen.

This place was the perfect place to stay if you want a beautiful view of the lake and to be in a quiet neighbourhood. There was pros and cons with the location (cons- trouble finding a taxi to and from the train station and not much in close walking distance & pros- beautiful view, right beside the C30 bus stop) but if you’re up for adventure and fully able bodied it’s worth it! We bought some groceries in Como after spending a the day there and had dinner one night in, walked down the stairs by the bus stop to the lake level for dinner at Ristorante Vapore sul Lago di Como and spent a day at the Lido di Faggeto Miamilaryo, which was a beautiful beach club with good food and drinks. The house was everything we needed and the view had us speechless the whole time. The hosts were quick to respond and help when we had questions. We would highly recommend this stay!

Matteo’s place is a very nice apartment in a great location, super convenient to go around, also surrounded by shops and restaurants. Worth it!

Nous avons passé 4 nuits dans un endroit absolument idéal pour se reposer. Le cadre est très calme, avec une magnifique vue sur le lac parfait pour déconnecter. Nous avions un logement avec une cuisine extérieure, ce qui était vraiment super agréable pour profiter pleinement de l’environnement. La chambre était très bien, confortable et propre. Le lieu est aussi parfaitement adapté pour un séjour avec un petit enfant : il y a un bac à sable, une balançoire, quelques jouets sur place, une chaise haute, un lit bébé… même des jeux de société pour les soirées en famille. Les propriétaires sont adorables, avec plein de petites attentions qui font la différence : à notre arrivée, des fruits frais, des yaourts, des bières… Et pour ceux qui aiment leur tranquillité, pas d’inquiétude, on ne les a presque pas vus Le seul petit point d’amélioration selon moi serait l’ajout d’une petite piscine ce serait vraiment la cerise sur le gâteau. Mais sinon, tout était top, un vrai petit coin de paradis

Marco und sein Team sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit (auf Deutsch!). Die Wohnung war sehr sauber! Klimaanlage benötigt man an den heißen Tagen, die kostet extra, was aber fair und in Ordnung ist in meinen Augen! Der Pool ist super und die Außenanlagen in Top Zustand. Bis zum See muss man ca 30min zu laufen. Einen Supermarkt kann man in ca 10-15min zu Fuß erreichen.

Ystävällinen ja auttavainen Paola oli täydellinen emäntä. Haimme siskoni kanssa rauhaa ja rentoutumista ja sitä todella saimme istuessamme asunnon parvekkeella, vehreyden ja kauneuden ympäröimänä, taianomaisesta ilta- auringosta nauttien. Alueella on paljon katsottavaa ja koettavaa. Palasimme kotiin rentoutuneina, ihanat muistot mukanamme.

Die Unterkunft liegt oberhalb des Ortes und hat somit einen tollen Ausblick auf den Comer See. Das Apartment war sehr sauber und die Küche war gut ausgestattet. Leider gibt es keine Klimaanlage aber ein Ventilator steht zur Verfügung und obwohl wir tagsüber 30 grad hatten, konnte man abends gut durchlüften und auch gut schlafen. Der Pool ist groß und mit viel Wiese umrandet. Wir sind mit Kind angereist und konnten gut entspannen.

Marissa & Antonello were wonderful hosts for us staying in Milan for 5 days. Proactive communication from booking and gave us detailed instructions to get to their apartment from the train station. They then showed us around the apartment and complex so we could get around easily. They were always on hand to give us further information about the city & the apartment and left us enough amenities to last us for the duration of our stay. The apartment itself was very clean and modern with a peaceful environment from other residents. Would 100% stay here again if I come back to Milan.

⸻ We had a wonderful stay. The location was absolutely beautiful, and the apartment was spotless, tidy, and very comfortable. The hosts were great with communication and made everything easy from start to finish. It was just a short walk into the main town, which had excellent connections for exploring the rest of the lake. Highly recommend for anyone visiting the area!

The communication was perfect, Davide always responded super quickly and gave very detailed, helpful instructions. The flat was lovely, just perfect for two people. The flat is not located in a busy, buzzing place, like other some of the towns in Lake Como but we preferred that. We could walk to the ferry in Urio or Moltrasio and get around easily. Some gorgeous restaurants close by. Thank you Davide and Benedicta, we'd lvoe to come back one day :).

J’ai passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement ! L’endroit est parfaitement conforme à la description : propre, bien décoré et très bien équipé. Le lit est confortable, la cuisine a tout ce qu’il faut pour cuisiner, et la salle de bain est impeccable.
