Monthly Rentals in Col de Banyuls

Everything was as described. Communication was electronic, but very good. We did not meet M. himself, but the handover was carried out by Martine - who was very friendly and helpful. Gladly come back.

The arrival at Fabrice's went very well. We were in communication to adjust our check-in time. The residence is spacious and equipped with a very large swimming pool. The heart of the village is 1/4 hour walk. The beaches are 10 minutes away by car. Hypermarket 5 minutes away. The apartment is well distributed. Central room with equipped kitchen including dishwasher, clic clac, TV and extended by a terrace. Then there is a bedroom with a trundle bed and large storage wardrobe. Our host provided us with linens except for towels. We stayed there for a month with great pleasure. Just a quick note for long stays, I would have preferred a washing machine to a dishwasher, but it's a detail. Laundry nearby

We had a great time in Collioure, thanks to Nathalie's accommodation. It is conveniently located, just a 10-minute walk to the city center, in a very quiet area, not overlooked with views of the vineyards and the fort of Elme. We were hosted very well by Nathalie who advised us on the different activities and things to discover. The accommodation is as described and very clean. In conclusion, you can go to Nathalie's without so much as a second thought, you won't regret it!!!!
