Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Coimbra District

Discreet hosts and yet present if necessary, the accommodation is very nice with its exterior. Although quiet, but not too far from the highway access. I would highly recommend it!

We had a fantastic time at Hanna's place. The house is wonderful, a shame that it rained every day, if I had made a little better time we would have taken better advantage of the pool and garden area. Otherwise, everything was great. Hanna's impeccable care. We were all very comfortable.

As a family of 5 traveling with little kids we felt right at home! Although the restaurants and market are 5 mins or 1-2 miles from the house it’s not a walkable area. When exiting the house be careful because of the traffic on the highway. Very clean home and comfortable. Kitchen well equipped. Kids enjoyed the back yard and basketball goal and video games in the living room. We enjoyed the country scenery. Was able to get an Uber and have the same driver each trip to the market and restaurants. Uber trip from the house to local markets and restaurants is €3. Would stay here again! Family friendly! Lots of space! Adequate heating in the home!

Cristina has been nothing but welcoming and friendly. Because of the national power outage she was very flexible with us on the checkout time. The little details she added on our stay made our day. Everything was clean and disinfected and made us feel very at home. Lots of bathrooms and perfect stay for our family. The location is only 3 minute drive to the castle! Highly recommend Cristina’s place for your next stay in Montemore-o-velho!

Joao David's place was perfect for a night in Figueira da Foz area. I came through hoping to surf the famous right point (which you can see right from the apartment deck) on my way back north to Porto (after a couple months in the Algarve), but alas the conditions were quite rough and didn't line up for good surf. Nevertheless, I had a cozy stay in the stormy weather at Joao David's. The kitchen is super well equipped and though I only stayed one night, I prepared a couple great meals to take with me on the road. The apartment is spacious, clean, and has everything you need to be comfortable. Loved that you could see the ocean and check the surf conditions from the apartment. Please note the apartment is on the 4th floor (so 5 floors up) and you need to carry your bags up there (no elevator). Would definitely stay again!

We had a great time staying at Manuela's place! The apartment is spacious and has everything needed for a comfortable stay - equipped kitchen, cozy room, good pressure shower, among other things. The location is very central, near the beach, many restaurants, and the main touristic attractions. Manuela is a wonderful and attentive host, ready to help you with whatever is needed! Highly recommended!

everything is very good. Spacious,clean apartment, located in a perfect area, very close to the center and the beach walking. Easy to park in the immediate vicinity. Quick responses from the host and perfect welcome. The accommodation has what you need in the kitchen, hair dryer, washing machine, dishwasher, sheets and towels, soap and toilet paper... everything you need to make life there. it is spacious and comfortable. I repeat delighted. The location is very good to move to areas such as Nazaret , Viseu, Coimbra.. we were in low season and in Figueira there were many restaurants open... it is quiet but has an environment even in this season. very recommended everything. And thank you Pedro and his parents for the welcome (for the treatment and the bombs). Thank you!!

excellent location, we walked everywhere from here. park across street is worth visiting, great access to restaurants or pubs. Daniela was great, she explained to us how to get places and recommendations. place was clean and perfect for the 2 of us. She was so helpful with everything.

I had such a great time staying at this place! The location couldn’t be better – just a few minutes walk from the beach, which made it super convenient to pop over for a surf session or a stroll along the shore. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was really helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything run smoothly. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay, and I’d definitely come back!

Carlos's apartment was really amazing, big space and all amenities provided. We felt right at home. We also found free parking on the street easily. His sister Mariana was so friendly and helpful. Happy to stay there again next time we're in Coimbra. Thanks Carlos and Mariana

Excellent! A very nice place to go on vacation. The house is beautiful , with everything we need to spend a few weeks on vacation . The view we have of the Ocean is wonderful. Mr. António is very attentive . I highly recommend it.

We absolutely loved it! Beautiful house with a beautiful view of the area. Greet is a great host. Very kind and helpful. We had a problem with our car and got to walk to a beautiful spot just outside the village and the near by mechanic fixed it super fast. A great place to stay and go out to the different beauty spots around. Highly recommended.
