Apartment vacation rentals in Coimbra District

Tiago's apartment was exactly as he described in his listing. We very much enjoyed our stay and recommend his place without reservation. We had a bit of difficulty with the check-in process but that was my mistake. I didn't read Tiago's extensive instructions before checking in. So, READ the helpful instructions BEFORE your arrival. He took time to ensure that his guests know how to access the apartment; the least I could have done was to read what he wrote. Tiago's apartment is located in a great part of Coimbra. The building is very quiet at night. Coimbra, like most cities in Portugal, is a very safe city. Park your car in the free parking space Tiago provides, which is located just across the street from the apartment, and take BOLT/UBER to all locations in Coimbra. It's quite affordable. One day we had a bit of trouble with the internet connection but Tiago (and his wife, Adriana) were right on top of the issue and resolved it for us quickly. We highly recommend Tiago's place!

Cute little cottage. Location was awesome, 2 minutes from the beach but also not directly on the beach so it was nice and quiet. Cleanliness was good. Parking is possible right outside the door in a huge parking lot. But it may also be full in the high season. He was very empty with us. In September, there were a lot of bars, etc. Which was a bit unfortunate but also understandable. Beach was very clean and completely empty. For the essentials there are two small supermarkets. But we drove to Tocha for shopping. We had little contact with Catia. But when we wrote, she responded within a minute. Overall, we felt comfortable and will certainly come back ;)

Really enjoyed our stay. It is right in the middle of all the restaurants and bars and you can walk to all the sights, including the cathedral and university. The apartment is clean and feels new, the bed is comfortable. It has an amazing view over the city, with lots of windows. With the windows closed it is very quiet too. Pedro was a great host and recommended where to visit in the city.

The apartment is centrally located and overlooking the sea, which is beautiful and relaxing. There is everything you need. Very friendly welcome by Carina.

I had such a great time staying at this place! The location couldn’t be better – just a few minutes walk from the beach, which made it super convenient to pop over for a surf session or a stroll along the shore. The apartment was clean, cozy, and had everything I needed. The host was really helpful and easy to communicate with, which made everything run smoothly. Overall, it was a lovely, relaxing stay, and I’d definitely come back!

Loved our stay in the apartment! Beautiful flat with a nice outdoor section in a apartment block close to the beach and all facilities (shops, restaurants, playground, skatepark etc). The apartment was very clean and well maintained. There is parking directly in front of the door. Communication with Joel was easy and he was always accessible and professional. Would come back anytime!

Isabel has taken much consideration when appointing her space. It was well stocked, walking distance to markets and shopping. We would definitely stay again when in Coimbra.

Nice apartment very close to the bus and train stations. Next to a great cafe too. Walkable easily to the centre of town. Miguel is a responsive host who is easy to communicate with, and I am grateful for the assistance.

💯 recommended, 💯 value for money, clean, full-equip, 🅿️ free, comfort. I had never slept on such a large bed (for four people) with super comfy cushions and totally white bedding and towels. Also comfortable sofa bed and air conditioning and smart TV. If you are thinking of traveling to the Coimbra region it is the best place without a doubt.

Davis is a wonderful host who met us at the apt and walked us through accessing everything. He recommended several sights was great at answering questions.

The apartment offered by Anna is very cozy and very clean. Very good bed, spacious bathroom. The instructions were very clear, and Ana gave very good advice. Very responsive. Please note, this is not a real kitchenette and dishes must be done in the sink as there is no sink. We recommend staying at Ana's without hesitation.

Tiago was available when we checked in and immediately provided linens for the pullout (we neglected to inform before checking in). Location great, it was easy for us to maneuver all over town and across the river to restaurants, landmarks and shopping. Location can be a bit noisy so if you have a hard time sleeping, bring ear plugs. Had good pizza from across the street and a delicious dinner down the street with incredible view. Thanks!

A great place to stay close to F/ Foz located in Buarcos. Comfortable beds, super well equipped kitchen and ample space to live. Communication was good and Aida was very proactive to get news or provide whatever needed. I would recommend this apartment for families who want to be close enough to the beach and amenities while being in a quiet neighbourhood.

A lovely stay in a well-located apartment. The kitchen was really well equipped and the whole place was kept really cosy with a pellet heater. The beds were comfortable but very warm! Daniel is a great host - he met us at the apartment and was very welcoming. Definitely recommend this little gem :)

Space super clean and welcoming, quiet area. Mr. Ricardo was very attentive waiting for us to check in after the agreed time due to an unforeseen situation with our daughter. The house was super well equipped and we were offered coffee for the machine, which we appreciate! I highly recommend it!

We adored the villa, very well decorated, clean and the jacuzzi is spectacular (at night and with rain, even better)! I recommend ;)

We spent a week at Andreia’s lovely apartment. It was clean, sunny, spacious, well-equipped and as described. Self check-in and checkout were easy. The beach was across the street with coffee shops, restaurants and a pharmacy close at hand. Andreia was a most friendly, responsive host and made sure we had everything we needed. I spent one night at this place. We love it!! From communication with the host, from cleaning, from convenience!! It was all impeccable!! The completely clean jacuzi, you gave us all the instructions on how to use, and to improve, there were still led lights. We will undoubtedly return and recommend this accommodation to others! Very pleasant stay. Very welcoming hosts, attentive. We were pleasantly surprised by what the accommodation offers, which is extremely clean, spacious. The outside is just superb too (bike available) and the pool area is just great. Address that we will keep and who will be our foot on the ground if there is a chance.
