O estúdio tem WC privada e uma kitchenette com lavatório e frigorífico e todos os utensílios para fazer uma refeição com o conforto necessário. The Patio Houses are in the heart of the historic center of Coimbra, on an unexpected courtyard located on Rua Fernandes Thomaz, inside the old Coimbra wall, just a few meters from one of the doors of the medieval city, the Arco de Almedina, the picturesque Coast breaker and the monumental Sé Velha. The Houses result from the restoration in 2022 of the building of the old Correio-mor, the first postal service in Portugal, created in 1520 by King D. Manuel.
