Monthly Rentals in Cocoa

We stayed at Donald's for 3 weeks in March . Donald's place suited our needs perfectly. It was fully supplied with lots of backups if anything ran out. We cook at home and it has everything needed as well as -sharp knives!. It is located a half mile from the beach, parking at the beach was busy but if you go a few streets away to access the beach you will find parking. We have been in Florida in various locations and at this location, we encountered minimal congestion which is a bonus. A trip to the Kennedy Space Centre was a highlight. Donald is an exceptional communicator and was always ahead of the game so we were prepared with information. He had a quick and consistent response to any questions. The place is clean and comfortable and is located in a building that is safe and friendly. I highly recommend it

The Nest is by far the best vacation stay I have experienced on Airbnb. The Nest features a spacious and well appointed layout. The boutique style design features eclectic and well traveled elements. Susan has impeccable attention to detail creating an environment with the comforts of home coupled with the experience of a bed and breakfast style hotel. No element of comfort has been overlooked; from farm fresh eggs, to hand selected snacks, candy, and luxurious body products you are immersed in true hospitality. Every part of the property is serene and inviting in a river view local a few blocks from boutique shopping and exceptional dining. We stayed for 2 weeks. This condo is very nicely updated. It was well-supplied and very comfortable. We got to see 2 rocket launches. We enjoyed our time there and would stay again.
