Vacation rentals in Cochise Stronghold

We just left Sandy & Chip's property, and couldn't be more enthusiastic about our stay. They are incredibly friendly and responsive, and our time in Sonoita was perfect. The property itself is a bit like a very chic, incredibly well-appointed, treehouse. The private second-story deck (and entrance to the space) is adjacent to a luscious healthy tree that offers birdsong, shade, and respite. The exclusive-use deck provides views for miles, which can be enjoyed from delightfully plush outdoor chairs. The indoor space is cozy and well appointed, featuring a dream of a kitchen, fantastic shower, and, better still, everything was sparkling clean. Plus - dog love! They've friendly and warmhearted furry beasties that will offer you a hello and allow as much petting as you'd care to give. We wouldn't hesitate to return, and hope to do so soon. (Scent-sensitive guests may wish to note that a plug-in air freshener was in use and towels and linens were strongly perfumed [laundered/freshened].)

It took a second to find the place but it is right over the Bisbee night life. It was great to come back to the house after a day of riding the motorcycles around Arizona, get cleaned up, and relax for an hour on the porch before heading down to enjoy what the town had to offer.

Casa de Oro was the perfect stay in the charming town of Bisbee and the location was central to everything. The house was decorated beautifully and they had everything we needed including little touches that made us feel right at home!

Linda and Chuck’s cabin felt like home as we are from Colorado. We do live here in Arizona now, but wanted a little taste of home. The cabin is perfect not too hard to get to great views and easy to walk to everything. We would definitely recommend and stay again very soonthank you Linda and Chuck. That was the best place. We’ve stayed yet.

We really enjoyed staying at the Solana Villas, it was very peaceful and quiet. It was not easy to walk in the immediate neighborhood, but close to plenty of things to do by short drives including hikes and sunset views on Mt Lemmon. John & Danielle were great hosts and very responsive.

What an incredibly peaceful, private and beautiful place this is. Every positive review ever written is so true, and then some. This is perhaps the cleanest Airbnb we have ever stayed in. Spotless. Pristine. We appreciated the dark skies and star gazing early in the a.m. Can't remember the last time I was able to see the Milky Way Galaxy. If it was possible to give Heather's place a 10 star rating, I would do so. The proximity to Chiricahua National Monument is ideal and the drive there is just sooooo calming and beautiful. We had a great stay at Tessa’s place! The home was clean, beds comfy, and the location was quiet. We felt very safe in the neighbor and it was a great location for our activities. We did not do any cooking other than using the microwave, but it looked like there was a variety of utensils as well as pots and pans available. We would consider staying there again if we are back in the area and we highly recommend this Airbnb!

Lovely home and backyard. Very homey feeling and Great views of the Dragoon mountains. Tasha was very prompt with her communication and helpful with any questions. We enjoyed our stay!

I wish we could have stayed longer! We were only in Tombstone for one night for a quick weekend trip to Tombstone & Bisbee. Roni's place was so cute and cozy, and so private and quiet. Roni was so sweet and greeted us when we arrived and walked us through everything. The decor of the space was so thoughtful and welcoming. Cabinets and drawers and doors were labeled so we knew exactly where everything was, and everything we could have needed was provided. There was fresh banana bread (15-20 seconds in the microwave, and omg, heaven!) and snacks (which we took on the road with us to our next stop). The bed was really comfy! There was everything needed for coffee in the morning, and sitting outside in the rocking chairs in the morning before we left was so peaceful. Like I said, I definitely wish we could have stayed longer - and since we're from Phoenix, we just might have to make it happen next time!
