Family-friendly vacation rentals in Cocanha Beach

I love the beach where the cottage is located, it's peaceful, and Carlos' accommodation was a great experience! When we went it wasn't very hot, so there weren't many insects and the weather was pleasant. For those who like to be on the sand, it's an amazing place to spend a few days. It would surely come back!

The house is even better than it looks in the pictures! Super complete, spacious and comfortable — we were positively surprised as soon as we arrived. The environments are very well cared for, and the space is even larger than we imagined. A very special highlight goes to Ingrid, who is extremely attentive, always available and helpful in everything we need. Ronaldo also deserves praise, always concerned about whether everything was right, if we needed anything — they made all the difference in our stay! The only point to consider is access to the house: it is on top of a hill and the climb is very steep, with many holes and ditches. Not every car climbs easily. But despite this, it is something beyond the control of the hosts and definitely did not prevent us from enjoying every moment. We highly recommend the stay and we would definitely be back!

Beautiful house, with a spectacular view! All in wood and very well designed, with all rooms facing the sea — a real privilege. It is perfect for hosting families or groups of friends. We had unforgettable moments there, especially with the support of Thaise, who was super kind and took care of every detail to make our stay perfect. I highly recommend it!

Isabela was wonderful, answering all our thousands of questions. During the entire stay, it was extremely solicited. Roberta, who is the person who helps with housework, is a love. We love being with her. Prosa good, good service. Maria and Helena's food is very good!!! Now the house…. The house is much better than in the pictures. It can be a notion, but live the atmosphere is even bigger, there is absolutely nothing ugly in the house! Comfortable rooms, clean bathrooms, and on top of that, all beautiful. Impeccable decoration. We were in 24 people and everyone loved everything! Dream House Really!!! The Lazaro beach is beautiful, super quiet for the family with a child because there is no wave. The house is in a quiet, family neighborhood in the middle of the Atlantic Forest and close to Brava da Fortaleza beach. The description is very assertive and the house matches all that was described. Even with some observations from other guests: the furniture in general is not very comfortable, although it is enough for what it proposes. There are a lot of utensils and appliances. There is a nearby grocery store, in addition to a cafeteria, with delivery service. Zélia (indicated by Solange, for local support) was always attentive to any questions. The beach is a separate invitation. A low profile environment amidst the chaos of the summer season in Ubatuba. Few people, calm waters with some waves (in a few days until a surf), white sands, leafy trees... All the best!!!

The stay at Elsa's place was excellent. The photos correspond to reality. All environments are large, very clean and nice . The furniture and utensils are in great condition, and the decoration is very tasteful. The condominium is very safe, and close to it has supermarkets, pharmacies and commerce in general. I, and my family are passionate about Lazaro beach, and the stay at Elsa's place helped us have a great experience.

I loved spending the extended holiday at Manoel's house, excellent house, super cozy. The en-suite rooms give much greater privacy when we share the house with more people. Spacious and very beautiful house. The condominium is easily accessible, super safe to leave the car outside the garage. Not to mention that it has access to the beach from inside the condominium itself. I love it and intend to come back more often. We loved our stay in the condo! The house is super spacious, very bright and well equipped. The condominium is very beautiful and close to the beach. We were very well received and treated by Thiago, the person responsible for taking care of the place. Casa located in a very safe condominium, the cleaning, utensils and the leisure area is the advantage of the house. Paulo was polite and helpful whenever necessary, still released the checkin a few hours earlier. I recommend it!

We loved the stay. The apartment is comfortable, the location is perfect and the leisure items complete the excellent experience.

What marked me the most was the view from the house, by the pool overlooking the sea. The house is a guest house that is next to the main house, as we only did barbecue, we did not use much of the kitchen of the guest house (small and did not observe microwaves), despite this the utensils available, especially for the barbecue served us very well. The negative point is that in the guesthouse is like a studio, a suite with a countertop that separates from the kitchen. We sleep in the outer room, which is close to the BBQ area, which was cozy, also a suite with a good shower, doors and windows facing the swimming pool. I found only a little high the value, because we went during the week, two nights, which came out an average of one thousand reais for three people, it was not a holiday. And something I pointed out to the hostess was that she provided more resistant garbage bags and not just one, more than one, since in the end she asked us to leave everything clean and the garbage out.
