We had a wonderful family reunion at Mario's house. It's located in a beautiful area of Ubatuba (Praia do Felix) short walking distance to the beach. The house is very spacious and we all felt very comfortable. I recommend inquiring about the availability of his housekeeper during your stay. We had Flavia who was an amazing cook and prepared 2 meals daily for the whole family and kept the place organized and neat. I highly recommend Mario's place and would love to return for another relaxing week.

Our place was wonderful. Super attentive and helpful Neide. Check in and check out super quiet. The apartment is very clean, organized, basic utensils, close to the beach and supermarkets. Very good leisure area in the condominium, with access to a swimming pool, park and ice maker. We are already planning to return and referring to friends.

The stay was excellent. The house is very comfortable, just as seen in the photos. There were 9 of us and we all fit in comfortably. The kitchen integrated with the outside is the best part of everything, an incredible atmosphere was created to be all together at breakfast, lunch, and dinner. Claudia was very kind at all times, she responded to me super fast. Check-in and check-out were very simple. The jacuzzi and pool were amazing. The house is 50 meters from Itamambuca beach, you can walk there.

The house is amazing, everything is perfect and close to everything. Zelia treated us super well, Claudia was also super flexible with everything. We'll be back without a doubt.

The house is much better than in the photos. Extremely clean,complete and beautiful decor.The kitchen is a chapter by part, because even I am a chef,I was impressed. I found everything I needed,from utensils, to the dishes of great taste. If I had to suggest something,it would just be put one more refrigerator or freezer to complete what is already very good. The condominium is a true paradise. About the hosts I have never been treated so well as a guest.Super gentle,polite and flexible.Anderson and Milena understood the problem I had of being on site on a weekend of heavy rainfall and had a surreal empathy with me, helping me far beyond their obligation. If not for them,the weekend that was to celebrate my birthday would have been a fiasco,due to so many problems I had on the road. I am extremely grateful to this amazing couple. I'll definitely be back in a sunny season to enjoy the house and the place better.

Vanessa is very attentive, the house is excellent, and sleeping with the sound of the sea and walking on the waterfront did a lot of good for me and my husband. We also enjoyed the pool on the day it was cloudy. The stay was worth it and we plan to return, for sure!

We stayed at The House, super complete space, with 3 bedrooms, living room, dining room, kitchen with all items of everyday life, service area and barbecue area. Extremely quiet place, 2 minutes away from markets, shops (walking). Farther ahead of gas station, bars and the beach. The space is beautiful, spotless. Helena super attentive.

Our entire stay was perfect. The house was very clean, very organized and super-equipped. The beach view is a spectacle, and the pool is also wonderful grills. Rodrigo was very attentive with all my doubts, and the Maria who receives us at the house is very dear and gave us several tips. We left already wanting to come back!. We traveled in 7 people and 3 doguinhos, from the beginning Priscila was very helpful and we had great communication regarding checkin and checkout and what we need most during the stay We were greeted with a very tasty coconut cake. The house itself is great, the pool is also very tasty. To get down on the beach we had to cross the river, but because of the tide, the water was higher than the waist, so we decided to go to the condominium by car. Everything else very good, the beach of Itamambuca is beautiful and quiet 🥰🙏☀️

The word to define it is Gratitude. From the first contact with Leda, she was attentive the whole time, clarified all doubts, indicated places, tips and full support. The house is just like the photos, cozy space, I felt right at home. Pool always warm, safe place, easy access to beaches, shops (market/bakery/pharmacy) very well located. I didn't experience any issues during the stay, all items in the house work perfectly. It's really worth it, I left already thinking about the date to return… certainly soon. I went with a good, excited expectation. I left with a joyful and contented heart, it was much better than I imagined.

We spent 4 happy days on a family vacation at this house! The house is exactly as shown in the photos, it was very clean and organized. The house has everything you need for a peaceful stay! The gourmet and pool area is very nice and the condominium is safe and quiet! My highlight is the service from Marta !
