1 Bedroom / 1 Bath Mother in law house inside Indian Palms Country Club. Festivals literally across the street. Country club does have pools, spas, tennis courts, a gym and a restaurant, Shopping is close by. Indian Wells Tennis Gardens 15 minutes away, Fantasy Springs Casino 7 minutes away, and The Spa and Casino is 20 minutes away. The casita has its own entrance , and central heat / air.
