Monthly Rentals in Cleveland Heights

The carriage house is a little gem in a lovely setting. This part of Cleveland Heights is grand homes with big yards and beautiful gardens. Inside, there is a feeling of old world charm and comfort along with modern fittings in the bathroom and kitchen. There are thoughtful touches like coffee and real cream, a cozy throw for cuddling on the couch, and plenty of space for lounging or working. I had a small issue with the heating. Kari was instantly on it and, boom, fixed. She and her husband are kind and friendly, just the perfect hosts. One thing to note, the stairs into the apartment are narrow and steep so be prepared for that when carrying luggage. All in all, I'd be delighted to stay here again on another trip to Cleveland.

My family and I loved this place and really enjoyed our 2 week stay here! The house has a great layout and a stones throw away from Coventry road (great restaurants and shops). The pictures don't do this place justice, we enjoyed the basement media room for games, the updated bathroom upstairs, and the central kitchen for making family meals. One thing to note is 2 bedrooms are upstairs and one on the main floor, which worked out great for us. The driveway has more than enough space for parking 2-3 cars and the garage is a big plus during the winter time. You won't regret booking this place. We hope to stay here again for future vacations to the LAND!

GREAT host and great stay in a really convenient location and quiet neighborhood, which was exactly what we were after! The living room was a little warm during the hot temps, but otherwise the apartment was very comfortable and super clean. Highly recommend - and thank you Brooks!
