Kid-friendly vacation rentals in Clearlake

This place was a beautiful nature preserve with lots of wildlife around. We saw a mother deer nursing her young, baby turkey and their mothers and a couple times got to see a bald eagle fly by with a fish in its talons! Also lots of osprey and other bird life! Being able to look out the giant living room windows and watch the most beautiful sunsets over the lake is a vision we will never forget. We loved the style of the home with unique lighting options beautiful stone in the bathroom and all the faucet options in the shower as well as the double tub!! The extended guest house and lower bedroom was perfect for having our adult children and their partners visit us for the weekend. We had a great time playing games around the large kitchen table that fit us all! The serenity, beauty and magic of this property will forever mark a very special time during our 30 year anniversary celebration!✨💫💖 Thank you Tini and Kyle for welcoming us to your home for our special celebration! 🎉

This was our second time staying here & like the first, it did not disappoint. I can definitely see it becoming our come-to spot. It really has everything you need inside & out, for a nice, peaceful, relaxing time on the lake. We really enjoy our time here. The weather was perfect & fishing was great. The lake had a bit more algae this time, but that’s always iffy here & didn’t take away from being able to enjoy our time here. The nights were clear & cool & perfect for stargazing. Jeff is a fantastic host, kind & very responsive.

Absolutely loved our stay! The hosts were amazing — super friendly, welcoming, and always ready to help with anything we needed. The place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we could ask for. Would definitely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area. Five stars all the way! ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

My son and I were able to catch over a dozen catfish ranging from 11 lb -18 lb right from the dock.

Overall this place was spacious and beautiful. Nice patio area with a dock to fish from. Kitchen was very spacious also we bbq’d and kitchen was fully stocked. Propane grill was amazing. Loved the late check out it was very helpful. Very close to stores and restaurants. Only downside for us is no televisions in the rooms but other then that 10/10 would definitely return.

What a great house. Fantastic location right on the lake. The deck and the pier to the boat dock are amazing! The house is very cozy and comfortable. There are lots of different seating arrangements/places to hang out (inside and outside). The kitchen is super well-equipped, and the beds are very comfortable. Overall, this is a great find. We had an enjoyable and relaxing time here. We will be coming back.

Place was very clean and neat. Check-in and out were not complicated. Nice neighborhood.

We loved all the thought out touches put into the place— just a lovely, elegant set up. Lots of perks- snacks, coffee selection, soft robes…. Flexible in our arrival time. Lots of helpful notes around to address any questions we might have, re cooler, fans, etc…. This hostess went all out to make the experience a real step above many other places we have stayed- thank you!

Chris is great. We had a minor issue and he took care of it immediately. The unit is great, the deck is huge and the views are stellar. Mountains, ridge lines, forests, redwoods and vineyards everywhere. We've loved Chris's wine for years, now we love his property also.

This was a great bnb walking distance to the lake. Many restaurants in walking distance as well.

Madrid’s place was just what we needed after a long flight. It was centrally located and easy to find with clear instructions. It was very clean and tidy with plenty of room. The bed was extremely comfortable and two jet lagged travellers had a great night’s sleep. We prepared our own evening meal and the skillet was great for cooking steak! Madrid communicated very well and very promptly which was most helpful for two weary travellers. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Lindsey was SUPER nice, especially when I had questions about driving around the area. I'm not familiar with Cloverdale and was intimidated by the windy country roads. Lindsey provided helpful information and even offered to turn on the porch light for me so that I wouldn't come home in complete darkness!

My first extended stay with Air BnB and Vicki’s place was a good choice for me. It is private and safe, a well organized space and the kitchen is stocked with all the gear you need:). Mini split and fan kept the place nice and cool in the summer heat! Vicki is easygoing and helpful, and I felt comfortable immediately. Loved the view of the lake from the seating area near the Koi pond.

A great place for a family vacation. We had a single level property with a nice patio that lead to a huge grass common area and a play structure for the kids. Pool was also a short 1 minute walk, had a great hot tub, small wading pool for the kids, and a heated large pool. We spent almost all of our time there. Arcade games were also accessible in main lobby area. Room had AC and anything we needed to our own food. Grocery store was within 5 minute drive.

The room and all accommodations were exactly as expected! If you're heading to Clear Lake, this is a great place to stay and LaTonya was a wonderful host.

Great place with a short walk to the lake. The lobby has a pool table, arcade, etc. A flock of ducks roam around and comes up to the sliding glass door asking for bread which was pretty cool. Good place to stay!

We've stayed at this resort twice and it perfectly suits our needs. Suite is super clean. Kids LOVE the fantastic pool. Mom loves to jog on the lake and country roads in the morning. We had a bottom floor unit this time and we liked the porch area and bbq. Kids also played in the mini arcade for a bit and everyone appreciated the perfect AC. The strict 10:00am checkout takes some energy to accomplish as a family, but otherwise we feel this is the best place for our family to stay if we are in the Clear Lake area.

Family-oriented resort, with loads of amenities. Not much once you step off the property unless you drive into Lakeport.

The place is big enough for 5 to 6 people but I think there is a restriction. The bed in the living area can easily fit 2 and king bed can fit 3 people like us!! Very spacious kitchen and loving dining. Bonus was the laundry. Very helpful after a day in the pool…. Great stay!! Definitely will recommend!! If you want lake view you have to request earlier!! Just wanted to let you know!! That is what the resort told us!!

Such a great place. Next time we're in Clear Lake we will definitely stay again. The resort is beautiful with wonderful views and great amenities. Magalie was an excellent host. She communicated clearly and even checked on us to make sure we were doing well. We'll be back.
