We are located 5 min walking distance to the downtown Inverness ,local restaurants like Saltwater and Vladimir’s . Close by hiking trails ,beaches and blue kayaking rental. The place is perfect for couples,singles or family with a child. We have also additional rentals on property ,please ask if you are interested. Single nights OK !

Relax with the whole family at this peaceful place to stay on a quiet hilltop. This is a quaint 2 bedroom, 1 bath with a queen bed in one bedroom and bunk (twin over full) in the second bedroom. Relax in the hot tub or in the hammock on the backyard deck with a peaceful nature view or hang inside the cozy abode and make use of the fully-stocked kitchen. we have a limit of 4 overnight guests and 2 vehicles per Sonoma County permit rules. Adventure awaits at Vacation Beach! Guernevilla is our happy place and pretty sure it'll become yours too. This charming family- and dog-friendly home offers everything you need to kick back and relax, including a chef's kitchen, outdoor dining, a front porch that overlooks an enclosed patio courtyard and a fully fenced and private backyard with 4-person hot tub. Two different beaches with river access are both just a short 5-7 minute walk away.

Luxury and Design- 200 ft or 1 min walk to beach

Enjoy nature & great design in one gorgeous location. We are 200 ft from beach. Rentals usually have 4 nt min stay (except for holidays). High season (Sept thru Mid Oct) has 5 nt min stay with check in days on Fridays (but ask if you want Thurs check-in) . Longer stays possible, just ask. Occasionally, we have a last minute deal (LMD) with shorter stays. Let us know if you want to be added to the LMD list.
