Vacation rentals with a patio in Clay County

I was a little worried since this listing has one review but let me just say everything was perfect! Really a hidden jewel, and trust me every time I come home I’ll be booking this same unit!! Communication was superb, amenities was perfect, nice clean neighborhood, the host was so easy to communicate with and so much more. I could literally go on and on ! I really appreciate everything that this listing offered!!

Olenma's place is great! Super clean, everything you need, snacks/drinks, would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed our stay at Jonathan's place. This was our second time to stay while visiting our son and family. Very quite and everything we needed. This will be our go to home when we visit again.

This place is gorgeous and extremely clean and felt very luxurious , the bed and the pillows were very comfortable! Perfect location for when we come into town to visit family and friends , easy access to 295 and therefore the beaches, mandarin and orange park and only 20 min from down town. The host is very responsive to questions. The property is clean and open. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is functional. She only has glass cups so had to be cautious with the kiddos. Back yard is a very comfortable and functional space.

Words are not enough to describe our stay!! Cannot wait to go back and did not want to leave. We were able to bring our pontoon boat and keep it right there which was amazing. An absolute gem!! Thank you again for sharing a piece of paradise with us!!

Jeremy’s place was as described and easily accessible to the highway to get to Jacksonville Zoo. Perfect for families and a pack n play was provided for our use when requested which was really appreciated. The neighborhood was quiet and we enjoyed a nice walk on the sidewalk with our toddler and felt safe.

Best BnB beds I have ever slept in! Aimara’s home was exactly what we needed and more. For the size and location, I believe this home is an absolute steal. The star of the show was the bedding though. Pictures just don’t show comfort, and these mattresses are equivalent to a high end hotel. All of the guest raved about how well they slept because of it. She was also extremely responsive before and after my stay. I cannot recommend enough!

This met our needs. It’s basic, but it doesn’t claim to be anything more than that. My only complaint was that it was very cold in the unit, and there were only sheets and a thin quilt on the beds, with no extra blankets anywhere. The thermostat wasn’t responding when I turned the heat up, but luckily the oven on high broil w the oven door open was enough to take the chill out of the space. It would also have been nice if there were more than 4 towels. We loved the cat community out back. I would totally stay here again, I’d just probably bring extra blankets w me.

Had such a fabulous time for my daughter’s wedding weekend. Albert’s home is just as described and so spacious. We were super close to the venue- Clay Theatre. Albert even allowed me to have guests over for the morning after brunch. Cannot say enough nice things about this host. If staying in the area- feel confident about booking this property.

We had a great time—everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and we were close to all the shopping centers. Next time we come to Fleming Island, we will be staying here.
