This home was exactly as described. The front porch was our favorite spot in the evening. The neighborhood is beautiful and quite. Our family of four had plenty of space and felt right at home.

Perfect location for when we come into town to visit family and friends , easy access to 295 and therefore the beaches, mandarin and orange park and only 20 min from down town. The host is very responsive to questions. The property is clean and open. Beds are comfortable and kitchen is functional. She only has glass cups so had to be cautious with the kiddos. Back yard is a very comfortable and functional space.

Everything was great. The place was clean and inviting. They had more than enough space for our family to gather. I highly recommend this place for bug families.

We absolutely loved our stay at this beautiful waterfront home! From the moment we walked in, everything felt so warm and inviting. The place was spotless, and you could tell a lot of care went into making it comfortable for guests. Waking up to those gorgeous water views every morning was such a treat—it felt like a little slice of paradise. The cozy furniture and thoughtful touches throughout the house made it feel like a home away from home. We didn’t want to leave and can’t wait to come back. Highly recommend this place for a relaxing getaway!

Enjoyed our stay on Governor’s creek. Beautiful outdoor area and great dock access for our boat. Enjoyed kayaking the creek and fishing from the dock. House was as described and we had everything we needed to cook dinners after being out on the boat all day. Thank you for sharing your home with us!

We had a great time—everything was perfect. The kitchen had everything for cooking, the beds were comfortable, and we were close to all the shopping centers. Next time we come to Fleming Island, we will be staying here.

Annie’s home was home away from home! Peaceful and quiet neighborhood, close to stores and restaurants, easy check in and out, and was clean. The home looked liked the pictures posted and the pool was clean. I would definitely book again when in the area.

The accommodation was charming and accurately represented in the listing. It is quite basic compared to other Airbnb options but offers a safe, secure, clean, aesthetically pleasing, and comfortable environment for a stay. If you are seeking a place with additional amenities such as toiletries, paper towels, laundry supplies, dish soap, detergent, trash bags, general cooking spices etc. this may not meet your needs. However, the presence of a delightful coffee bar was a notable highlight. It is possible that some of these items were available in the home, but I was unable to locate them. Nonetheless, none of this detracted from our overall experience. I would definitely choose to stay here again.

The best thing about this place is the owners. They are absolutely phenomenal! The saying, "Ask and you shall receive " is key here. They are so responsive! They checked in after night one. My family has extreme sensitivity to fragrances. I mentioned that we didnt sleep well because of fragrances on the sheets, blankets and items. They worked with us to find a solution but I said no worries we will figure it out. Instead this sweet family ordered new sheets, towels, hand towels and washcloths for ALL the rooms. We communicated consistently throughout the stay. They provided everything we needed and then some. The pool is PHENOMENAL! We spent so much time in the amazing heated pool. In addition as they were ordering paper products and other things I noted would be helpful (silverware etc) they also ordered more pots and pans too! Any questions we had they answered. They went above and beyond. Best hosts. Comfortable rooms. We love the closeness to highway and other attractions. ❤️

I ended up staying at Andrews last minute (as the airbnb we originally booked notified us the day of that there was a leak and could no longer host us), and our family could not of made a better decision. This place is a true hidden gem and worth every penny. The pool was well maintained, the area was peacful, the home was spotless (and just as pictured) and the home was well stocked with all or our needs. The host was polite, patient and responsive. We look forward to booking our next trip.

We spent a month at Kim’s house to escape the cold and visit family. We absolutely loved sitting in the sun in the back yard, among the beautiful plants and trees. The pool was too cold to swim in, but it was sparkling. The neighbors are very friendly and the neighborhood is safe and beautiful. It is very natural and there are lots of trees and flowers. We had fabulous weather! Kim was very responsive, friendly, and helpful. We definitely enjoyed our stay!

The house looks just like the photos. Everything was neat and clean. My family and I enjoyed our stay there! The host was very clear on instructions which made the check in/out process very easy. The pool area was very clean! I would highly recommend this place to others. We would definitely book this place again for future stays in this area!

It’s a peaceful oasis with views of the St. John’s River in the distance. Spotlessly clean with a very friendly & responsive host. The layout is a bit unusual, but there is plenty of space to relax. Great bird watching from the patio! We enjoyed our stay.

This home was the perfect home to celebrate my daughter 10th birthday. There was enough room for everyone to be comfortable. The home was beautiful and well stocked with everything we needed. We didn’t need to bother for any extras for anything. We only needed to get the groceries we needed and everything else the home had. The host was so responsive with everything even before we got there. She even accommodated a late check out and we are so grateful for that as we got much needed rest. The kids loved the pool even with them having to clean it out due to the leaves and bugs but they didn’t mind and it was due to the surrounding trees. Overall the house was amazing and we would def book again when in area.

Very great Airbnb to stay at. Centrally located to St. John’s and close to St Augustine as well as Jacksonville. The place was clean, neat, kid friendly and very accommodating with comfort. We would definitely stay here again, very fair and affordable place in the air with a lot to offer in a 20-30 minute radius. Preston was very responsive and accommodating, we definitely appreciated the hospitality he provided! Thank you again and will stay here again!

This is an older, but well maintained and still very nice second floor apartment. It was clean and comfortable and well-stocked. The gated community was quiet and staff were pleasant. Marc was a great host, very responsive. I'm not familiar with gated communities, so I didn't know what to expect, but it wasn't a hassle at all. No fees or forms or signatures or keys or logins, just tell them the apartment number, your name, and show your ID. Easy.

Really enjoyed staying with Kris and Yvette. They were very welcoming, helpful and very nice. The camper was very clean and everything functioned as it should. Had a nice firepit (you would need your own firewood) and a grill so we cooked out one evening and just enjoyed the place. I would definitely stay with them again!

House was clean and spacious. Annette’s description of the rental was accurate. The rental also provided some essentials. The value of the rental was exceptional. The location was convenient and by local grocery stores, restaurants, fast food, and shopping. Had a great two week stay with our dogs.

We enjoyed our long weekend in this home! We had brought our puppy with us and he was very acceptive of this, lots of yard to roam to use the bathroom. We did love how quiet the area is and just a walk down the road can see the lake. We were visiting family we rarely see and were very close to them! He was very welcoming of the fact of us getting in late due to work/ 5hr drive. We will plan to stay again!

Baileys home was amazing for our couples getaway!! We stumbled across her home due to issues we had with a Airbnb that we had booked and Bailey was able to get us into her home the same day!!! The home is exactly as described!!!!
