10/10! Exactly what we needed for the weekend. Comfortable, clean, and convenient.

Sarah was a great host and her “My Dream Space” was a wonderful little home. She was kind and responsive. Everything was perfectly clean and had everything you’d need. Would definitely recommend!

Spent one week here for work with my family and it was perfect. Chris was responsive and very helpful. The house is very comfortable with a beautiful lake view. Would definitely stay again and would recommend to anyone to stay here. Anything you need is no more then a 5 min drive the location is amazing

Very nice stay. The place was clean and smelled very great. Easy check out instructions which was nice. The Airbnb had everything I needed for my short stay.

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

I was in town for a work week and this property was just what I needed for small group. it was clean the price was affordable and it was conveniently located. I would book again

I stayed at this listing for a month and felt safe and comfortable. The unit is a private suite connected to the main house, but you maintain total privacy with in-unit amenities. The space is perfect for one or two guests, and the unit is located for you to enjoy Fleming Island and Orange Park. Jackie keeps the bathroom VERY well stocked also! Of note- for guests working from home, the WiFi is not the fastest. There is a smell of tobacco as mentioned in a previous review, but we did not find it to be an issue during our visit. Thank you Jackie for the great stay!

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at the River Cottage. Our favorite part was walking down to the dock to enjoy our morning coffee on the River. Though the dock needs some updating, it is an amazing spot. The cottage itself was clean an tidy and suited all of our needs. Tina was very helpful with all of our needs (including a lock out). We enjoyed staying there.
