Airstream Excella 1000 on homeowners' 5 acres, surrounded on 3 sides with forestry and a large workshop on the other side. Older airstream with some normal RV quirks so please inquire before booking. We prefer to show you around at check-in. It’s not a 5 star hotel so please don’t book if that’s what you are looking for. **UPDATES ARE UNDERWAY. New flooring. EXCELLENT communication. Beautiful, Comfortable Home! Central air was nice. Comfortable beds, Ample seating throughout. The bedding, bathrooms, kitchen, fridge, stove, oven, and the swimming pool were all very clean. No worries of pests, or mosquitoes with the screened in pool area. It made for a worry free leisure weekend. Plenty of linens and towels with the convenience of a washer/dryer. The kitchen was stocked with most essentials. Pots, pans, mugs, glasses, cups, plates, silverware, etc. The fridge and cabinets were spacious. There were coffee pods & tea with a Duel Pot/Pod Keurig for brewing. There was sugar, creamers and other kitchen essentials like olive oil and some basic spices. Plenty of FUN things to entertain both adults & children. Corn hole, Huge Connect 4, Darts, Board games, The Casino games, Pool, & Pool Table were highlights. Quiet-even with a train here n there. Private, Safe, Clean, Spacious and FUN house to getaway, I HIGHLY recommend this house! TY Alana.

We had a lovely weekend here! The home was exactly as described - extremely clean too. The neighborhood is very quiet and peaceful. We enjoyed walking the loop and spotting the unusual ducks. This is a great to stay home, especially if you have children with you. Host was amazing and very flexible with our check in which was so appreciated. Would definitely stay here again!

This was our second year in a row that I rented the place. My nieces live up by there. One graduated last year. One graduated this year. The place was simply amazing. There was a lot to do. It was big enough to host guests. I would recommend this place to anyone. Whether it’s with friends or family. I had both there. It did not disappoint either time. The pool was great, the games were great, the house overall was great.

A spacious front porch features several white wicker chairs and a matching sofa, complemented by a decorative area rug. Soft ceiling fans rotate overhead, while large glass doors provide entry into the home, enhancing the inviting outdoor space.

Had a great time at The White House. Was in Green Cove Springs for a graduation. The house easily held 4 families, all from out of town. The spacious patio was perfect for the kids to play/adults to relax. The host, Albert, was easy to communicate with both prior to and during our stay. 10/10 recommendation staying here. Can’t wait to go back

The place was great! Even though we had to share common areas, it worked out great. The other two places were rented at the same time by people other than our family, but it was absolutlely no problem. We made new friends! The only issue that ever came up was the parking. We had rented the space to accomodate my in-laws that were in for the holiday. My children and my husband's sibling wanted to come and visit, but the parking was very limited. We managed it by carpooling from my house that is not very far away. Andrew was very nice and quick to respond to any issues and also very understanding of our circumstances. This place is absolutley amazing and is full of places to just relax for any size group of people. There is always a little nook somewhere to escape to if you need to get away from the rest of the residents. I would totally recommend for vacation or just a get-away!

While GPS will not take you to the right place, Bob did a good job explaining how to locate the place. It’s absolutely gorgeous, accommodating and comfortable! Everything you need is in one place. There is grocery not too far away, anything you could Possibly need in a kitchen and entertainment. From television to a small library of interesting and pertinent books. My husband and I enjoyed flipping through the local nature books as we sat on the dock. My last morning was magical as a herd of manatees approached me while sitting on the pier! We went kayaking, and were walking distance from the venue next door. Truly this place is a slice of paradise and probably Jacksonville’s best kept secret. We are hoping to return! Everything was lovely and relaxing.
