Vacation rentals with a fireplace in Clarksville

Everything was wonderfully. We loved the whole house and experience.

The stay was very good, the place is super comfortable, accessible, clean and nice. I only recommend that each bed has more accessible bedding as comforters for the cold, and in the downstairs room curtains for greater privacy on the glass door. But really, the place is very good to stay. Thank you.

I loved this little home! It’s surprisingly spacious and was very clean. Deborah was a wonderful host. She’s very friendly and wanted to make sure I enjoyed my stay. I will definitely be returning when I visit Hopkinsville again.

This house accommodated our four couples nicely. We each had our own room. There’s a nice dining room with a large dining table where we were able to eat our dinners altogether. There’s a nice sitting room just off the kitchen where we were able to congregate in the evening. Since the weather was nice, we were able to sit out on the front porch in the early evening and enjoy the weather. It’s located in a nice area close to places to eat, shop for necessities, and fuel up. I would recommend.

We were looking for a place to stay in the area and found this gem! April is a wonderful hostess. She supplied us with things to do locally and where to get something to eat. Her place was clean and quiet. It's the perfect place to unwind and relax. And that is exactly what we did! Any questions I had were answered promptly. I would not hesitate to book this place and with April again!

This is a great central location if you are visiting in the Clarksville area. Stores and restaurants are a short drive away. Everything was in order, and the hosts were very responsive and friendly! Our first time using a pellet stove. I think we might have to get one!

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

We can not express enough how much we love this place. It is immaculate, spacious, beautifully decorated, we want to live there!!!! 2 large bedrooms. The beds are so comfortable!! Kitchen has everything you need. Shower is large and has great water pressure. Soooo spacious! very comfortable couch for watching the Masters or movie! The location is awesome. Quick drive to Austin Peay, Clarksville Downtown shopping, restaurants, Museum, and other sites of interest. Was close tour family we visited, the party, venue, and again downtown. We did take a very nice walk across the street into the neighborhood there each day. Very nice walk. This is our FAVORITE abnb. we look forward to returning next year. LaDonna is AMAZING, so easy to communicate with, feel like talking to a dear friend. very attentive and sincere. We really can't say enough about Conroy Place.

Within walking distance to downtown and a wonderful place if you’re traveling with dogs. We so appreciated a space that would welcome our two doggies.

The home was spotless, cozy, and had everything we needed to feel comfortable and at ease. Holly was incredibly kind and responsive, making sure we were taken care of throughout our stay. It truly felt like a safe haven, and we’re so grateful. Highly recommend Holly’s place to anyone looking for a warm, welcoming stay.

Reese was very sweet, very very professional and communicated well. Her place was very nice , super clean and comfortable. Will definitely recommend staying here to anyone. The next time I am in town , I will definitely consider staying again!
