Clean and comfortable. The bed was comfy with a a lot of extra blankets if needed.

I always like staying here it is a great place that is just like home. Karla was great because I made a mistake on my booking when I did it and she notified me and extended my stay with no problems. She does a great job!

I was well satisfied with the experience we had during our visit and will use this Location again when I need a place to bring a friend or family member thanks again. Miss Betty was great and easy to talk to. I guess the only little bit of frustration was trying to find the driveway in. I think the instructions need to be a little more clear. " Take the first road to your Right after you enter the gate" for example. All in highly recomend. Go Betty!!

The host went the extra mile to make our stay feel like home. The host was very responsible and attentive to our every request. We really enjoyed the exposed red brick in the master bedroom. The wooden floors to squeak a little bit when you walk through the main areas. But I really loved the feel of the older home. Our kids played at the corner kid across the street every day. If this place wasn’t booked right after us, we would have extended our stay. We will definitely be booking again in the future.

Lovely apartment space furnished with lots of thought out into guest's convenience and comfort. Peaceful atmosphere with lots of interesting sights nearby. Very homey and comfortable

I would highly recommend staying at this apartment! The place is beautifully designed and modern. Very clean and quiet. If my husband and I would add anything it would be curtains especially in the bedroom. Only because we prefer a dark room when sleeping. The bed is SUPER SOFT and huge. Tons of closet space and a big bathroom with great water pressure. Fully stocked kitchen with anything you'd need to cook and hang in. The location is a bit farther away than we thought from Broadway, about a 15-20 minute drive depending on traffic. Not sure why but delivery drivers had a hard time finding us but it always worked out. We had a really nice time staying here.

I would recommend this apartment to anyone looking to be relatively close to Broadway! It's about a 20 minute drive to downtown Nashville. Clean and decorated so cutely!

Awesome place!! Has every thing you need for a stay. Way better than what a hotel will offer. My wife loved how cute and awesome designed it was. If I return to Nashville this rental will be the one I try to get again!

We needed a place for groom and groomsmen to stay, get ready together, and enjoy each other’s company. This spot was perfect for the four guys, plenty of room, made the day even easier on all of us!

Enjoyed my stay at Justin’s place. It was in a great location next to the Parthenon and some really good restaurants. All the instructions were very clear from getting into the complex to checking out.

We loved everything about this place. Pristine cleanliness. Comfortable furniture (including the couches and bed). Comfortable bedding with plenty of nice pillows of differing levels of firmness. A weighted blanket was also provided. We had never used one before and now might get one for ourselves. Quiet and beautiful environment. Easy off-street parking, and plenty of street parking as well. Ample kitchen counter space, large refrigerator with filtered water. Coffee pot with coffee pods provided. The main room is large but cozy. The shower had great shower heads, strong water pressure, and plenty of hot and cold water. Room temperature easily controlled by guest. Really nothing but positive things to say about this lovely place.

Had a great visit to Nashville. This unit was in great location close to downtown. Easy walking distance. There is an abundance of rentable scooters and bikes should you decide not to walk. Very safe area and environment. Someone at front desk at all times. This place has the best workout facility we have ever come across. Great restaurants and bars near. The unit was very nice, clean and perfect for our stay. We did not have a car so can’t speak to parking but appeared to be plenty of parking. Lyft drivers were great.

Kelly’s place is gorgeous. The bed and pillows are so comfortable and the sheets are so soft. I slept like a baby. Place is pristine. E-bikes across the street were super convenient and uber/lyft is also very cheap to local sites. Kelly was also super kind and flexible with check-in which was greatly appreciated.

Stephanie was GREAT. Allowed us to check in early and to book an additional day. We loved the place! I love that there was plenty of parking, and it was out of the busy part of town.

I will stay at Lauren’s place every time I visit the Nashville area. I highly recommend it because it is very clean, comfortable, and has everything you will need for your stay.

I loved this bnb! We had a great stay. The area was amazing and so was the airbnb. We had a bit of a hiccup but the owner was very friendly, communicative, and helpful with everything!

A wonderful place to stay! My partner and I had an amazing time! It was clean, easy to find, and super close to the mall and several other amazing restaurants!

We really enjoyed our stay at Richard’s place! He was an awesome host - he welcomed us into his home and gave us plenty of tips and advice for our time in Nashville. The space itself was great. Very spacious and Richard had thought of all the amenities that might be needed. Great location, close to lots of shops and the bus route to downtown. Cheers Richard! 😊

This was the absolute perfect stay. It was so peaceful, quiet, clean, (cute). Julie is also so incredibly sweet. Would stay here again no question. Lovely home!

Just returned from a Mom/Daughter/Aunt get-away. This home is adorable and so close to everything 12 South has to offer! The neighborhood is walkable and charming. Close to restaurants, shopping, parks... also just a short drive to all Nashville has to offer. We would absolutely stay there again! Perfect for two or three guests.

Great upstairs apartment. Karen gave clear directions and was very responsive! Would recommend to any couple who is going to Nashville for either a brief or extended stay.

Julia’s place in East Nashville was perfect for getting out of the downtown area to see what else the city has to offer. She was kind and prompt with her communication and everything was clean and organized— not to mention the gorgeous art all over the walls! The vibe was exactly what we needed for our anniversary celebration and we were grateful she allowed our pups to crash with us! I would hesitate to book with her again, and neither should you!

Great stay for our family of four! Loved walking to the greenway and quick access to great spots around East Nashville. Comfy beds and the foosball table and guitar were big hits for our 8 and 13 year old! Would love to stay again.
