The Private Guest House is set on our property which is located on a corner (1.5 acre lot) close to the east side of Evansville. The convenient large circle drive makes it easy to enter and exit. The east side of Evansville offers Malls, Shopping, Restaurants, Bars, Entertainment, Gyms, Starbucks, and Theaters. The property is located only 10 minutes from Downtown and the Ford Center due to close proximity to Lloyd Expressway. Check out the Casino and Riverfront if you’re in the Downtown Area!

The Green Garden Cottage

The Cottage House is centrally located to library and 1 1/2 miles from Riverfront. This 1930s home has hardwood floors, glass door knobs, and rounded entry ways. The kitchen has been remodeled with new appliances, cabinets and countertops. The upstairs bedroom is a large finished attic with its own heating and cooling system. We do allow pets for an additional one-time fee of $45 paid through Airbnb. No more than two dogs and we ask that animals not sleep or be on the beds.
