Monthly Rentals in Clapton Pond

Really great place, walking distance to Clapton and Homerton. Jevgenijs was a great host, gave us clear instructions on check in and was always on hand to answer any questions we had about the place. The apartment was clean, modern and spacious and I’d definitely stay again.

This was a perfect stay for a local work trip. Excellent coffee shop right next door, and the place was exactly as described/photographed. Fabio was really helpful, communicative, and clearly wanted to (and succeeded in) leaving a good impression. I will certainly stay again if I repeat this work trip.

Great little spot, tucked into a lovely street. comfortable bed, good amenities and a very pretty garden out back. The only minor niggle was, I messaged to see if I could get a late check out as I was flying late in the evening, and my message was not responded to. other than that, perfect stay, thank you.

Olivia’s studio was the perfect spot for a weekend stay. As a solo traveler, it had everything I needed—clean, cozy, and thoughtfully set up for comfort and rest. The location is fantastic: it’s easy to get around with public transportation nearby, and there are several beautiful parks within walking distance, which made for some lovely strolls. The neighborhood felt very safe and welcoming, and the studio itself was peaceful—ideal for unwinding after a day out. While the space was just right for one person, it might feel a little tight for two, depending on your preferences—but it's so well laid out that it could still work. All in all, a great experience. I’d definitely recommend it and would happily stay again!
