Vacation rentals with breakfast in Clapton Pond

Elvan’s place is easily walkable from seven sisters, and it’s convenient to get to places. She was also friendly and nice to talk to. Sultan was also really cute and will always welcome us home. We enjoyed our stay.

Karen and chris are the most lovely hosts. They were very responsive and helpful. Their airbnb made us feel right at home and it was such a peaceful stay. Very clean and welcoming space. We had no problems. We recommend their airbnb!

Stayed for the weekend. 5 mins walk from the Tube, easy to find and very quiet area. Lovely home and the room and bathroom space and very clean. Received a small basket with breakfast nibbles each morning, which was lovely with our morning coffee. Host quick to respond and we couldn't fault our stay.

Niki was really helpful and accommodating with my requests. This is a quirky, creative place with an interesting historical connection to Holloway prison. Peaceful neighbourhood in easy walking distance to the Emirates stadium. I would stay again.

I would certainly endorse all the positive comments from previous reviews that add up to Simona being rated a super host. Very happy with my week's stay. Simona is a very chatty, naturally welcoming host whose company I very much enjoyed. The room I had was small but all that I needed for somewhere to sleep after spending most of the time out-and-about in London, while Simona's house is a well-lived in, homely space in a great location. It might come with the odd creak and groan from the floorboards and plumbing, but, hey, welcome to 'Wimpy/Barrett Britain!' Ultimately, it's the human touches that make travelling so compelling and I look forward to sharing a plate of pasta with Simona when next in Wapping. That's dependant on availability of course - there's good reason why Simona's is usually booked-up far in advance. Glad for having had this chance for an introduction. Cheers!

Mary and Martin are very kind-hearted and lovely people. They not only provided us with a fantastic breakfast every morning but also with useful tips to explore the city in an new and exciting way. The room at the top has its own charm. It is very clean and well-decorated. You are definitely provided with everything you will need and even more beyond that. Also if you need anything else, Mary and Martin will help you out. All in all, we had the best time in London and the two hosts definitely contributed to that.

Jeanette was a very friendly and proactive host, everything in the annex was just as it should be and the milk, bread, jam, butter were a lovely touch. Thanks Jeanette I will be back.

Athena's place is well located and easy to catch trains, underground, or buses. All kinds of restaurants within walking distance as are grocery stores. Clapham Common is a great place to people watch on a sunny day..

The location was really convenient for me as I was visiting family nearby. Jen & Sam were great hosts, friendly, helpful & responsive to my queries

Love Alexi's place - ideally located in a cool London neighbourhood thats easy to access Islington and the city but also has everything you need nearby - parks, cafes, restaurants, walks, bus etc. The house is great - lovely bathrooms, great kitchen and wonderful view from the top bedroom. Its got everything you need Alexi was responsive and super helpful - the perfect host! Hopefully available again next time we stay!

We loved staying here during our trip to London and would come back again! The location and apartment was perfect for what we needed and Vi was responsive to our questions and great in all communications. We appreciated the flexibility in checking in early and being able to store / pick up our luggage on check-out day. The lemon cake was also such a sweet gesture, making our stay as welcoming as possible.

I had an excellent stay at Gina’s London flat! Gina was incredibly responsive and accommodating, making check-in and communication smooth and stress-free. The location is perfect—just a short walk to Borough Market and London Bridge tube station, with easy access to all the city’s highlights. The flat itself is quiet and peaceful, with comfortable beds that made for a restful night's sleep. As a bonus, the views of The Shard and London Eye were spectacular! Highly recommend this place for anyone visiting London.

Super nice stay in Caroline's apartment. The communication beforehand was also very pleasant and customer oriented. Apartment really meets everything you need. Nice quiet neighborhood. Good bed! (Only the sofa in the living room where my son slept is a bit thin). Small but nice bathroom, full kitchen and even a washing machine. Super sweet also that there were breakfast and snacks ready. The concierge is very friendly. There was a misunderstanding about our arrival time, but after a phone call, he arrived right away. From the Apartment really very easy to travel by bus, metro or bike to all places in London. 1 point of attention to people with allergies such as dust mites, the apartment is a little less suitable because it is very English furnished - which is very cozy - but because of the many rugs - also attracts a lot of dust. Incidentally, the apartment is really very clean! We really enjoyed it very much! Thank you!

I’m a solo business traveller and Melanie’s place was perfect. Very easy access to central London and the house itself is lovely. Very comfortable room overlooking the garden and extremely clean private bathroom. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

Thanks to Deborah, I came back with memories of London that I will never forget. Personally, it was my third visit to London, and I made my bucket list that I wanted to live in beautiful Hampstead for a day. The most basic cleanliness of the accommodation and the kindness of the host were so perfect that I don't need to say more, and I don't think there is a better place to have a happy experience in London. I was resentful of my lack of English skills, but there was no inconvenience at all because Deborah communicated with sincerity. On the contrary, I thought that I would study English harder and have an in-depth conversation with her on my next visit. I was so well taken care of during my stay, and I was impressed by the attention paid to the guests. Benzo and Hudson, the dogs, were beautiful friends who brought peace of mind. Staying here was a great choice. You made me feel at home, and it's a shame that I couldn't stay longer because I only booked for two days. I couldn't see you in person when I checked out due to my schedule, but I'm already looking forward to the next meeting because I'm thinking of visiting again. I was really grateful for everything. I got peace of mind and returned to Korea. Stay healthy and happy. See you again soon. I had an absolutely lovely time at Shirley's! Shirley was so welcoming and made me feel at ease and comfortable. It was lovely to stay with a host as a younger person traveling solo! The room was incredibly comfortable and well kept, the bread and fixings for breakfast were delicious, and it was so easy to get anywhere in London I wanted to go! Shirley was so kind, and I had a wonderful stay!

What a lovely Airbnb experience! Fiona was hospitable and friendly and chatting with her over breakfast each morning was lovely. We loved exploring this new neighborhood of London and would happily return.

The room that Phyllis offers is located in her private apartment but has its own bathroom. Very pleasant. It is located between Trafalgar Square and the Thames-Ufer (Embankment) - it can hardly be more central. Still quiet location! Phyllis is an extremely interesting, very agile, committed and widely traveled woman. We had to prepare breakfast ourselves, but she provided everything her heart desired. For our excursions, she gave us a lot of information and helpful tips. All in all, a wonderful stay with the best host you could wish for in a foreign city!

Mara was very friendly and the room had everything you need for couple of days of London. The breakfast is a great perk, it is simple and good and helps you to get started.

It’s such a pity that I could only spent a single night in Elizabeth’s house! The room was absolutely beautiful and clean. Elizabeth was incredibly kind and welcoming, making me feel completely at home!She prepared a very generous and delicious breakfast!Her warm, humorous, and lovely personality truly made my stay unforgettable. If I come back to London, I will definitely stay here again!

This was my third visit to Laura's place. Great value and close to Twickenham stadium. Laura is always quick to respond and help when needed. Plenty of space for two people and equipped with everything you might need.
