Federico and Valentina are thoughtful, and they were discreet during our stay. The space is warm,charming, and spacious. The bed linen was very cozy! The Beautiful View, as shown in the photos. The terrace is very nice at every moment of the day. Well equipped kitchen. In short, we would have stayed longer!

Thomas is an attentive host. The four of us spent almost two weeks in the newly furnished, bright apartment and from there made many excursions towards Lugano and over the mountain to Como. Tip: Museo dei Fossili in Meride and Parco Scherrer in Morcote. The parking space at the house is easily accessible via a private road. Check-in via key box is straightforward. The small beach in Osteno can be reached in just a few minutes on a footpath. The house is situated in a loop of the country road - you can hear the traffic on the terrace and with the window open, which did not bother us. Unfortunately, we had less nice weather than expected, so it was a pity that the balcony has hardly any sun, which is probably an advantage in the hot season. The beautiful view from the living-dining area to the lake is priceless. Porlezza has several large supermarkets and there are restaurants in the area. A car is an advantage. We can recommend the apartment.

We spent a wonderful week in a very charming house from 1907. Due to the central location, we didn't even need our car during the week. We lacked nothing. We will definitely come back.

Mattie’s apartment was excellent. It was perfect for a holiday away. Mattia went above and beyond with his recommendations and the amazing Easter treats for our family. Communication was amazing, the location was great for our needs, and the house was in great condition. There was plenty of bedding and towels. Parking was simply and close by to the apartment (1-2 minutes). Definitely try the restaurant next door. Our family would happily stay there again! Thanks Mattia!
