Simone was great during our stay. Super responsive and helpful. The space was beautiful and comfortable for 2 people. Also, central to bus stops that get you into the city within 10 or so minutes. Would definitely recommend!

The location was quiet but still well connected to the city's main points of interest. The owner was helpful and courteous, responding quickly to all our questions and always making himself available for any need. Wow! The best stay of our trip! Carolina is an absolute delight and went out of her way to organize a pizza making class for us and gave us phenomenal local recommendations. The space is beautiful, peaceful, and historic and the sights around the area were spectacular. Carolina even shared the very cool history and renovation process of the property with us. I would highly recommend this property!

Simply amazing! Fantastic location on top of the hill gives you both privacy and quiet place to relax as well as breathtaking views. Its a short walk in the forest to the closest town and also rather quick car rides to cities like Siena, Florence or the coast. Thomas is such a nice person, always happy to help and full of knowledge about Tuscany but also other places so every conversation with him was great. Thank you and we will definitely be back

I stayed in Alessandra's apartment with my husband and my brothers-in-law with the intention of visiting the area. Perfect accommodation for 4, with two bathrooms that gave each couple their own privacy. Everything comfortable and very clean, with many details that made our stay easy and very pleasant. The terrace overlooking the countryside and the lake is very enjoyable and a real poem. It was a very pleasant stay in every respect!

We had an amazing stay at Casa Conte Martini! The space was fantastic and worked very well for our family including our 2 teenage boys. The pool and hot tub were great and the outdoor space was absolutely perfect. I can not say enough good things about this stay! Andrea and Simone were wonderful hosts and it was a pleasure getting to know them. We will be back!

I was so sad to leave after 3 nights I asked if we could extend because I wish we booked longer ! Everything is breathtaking. This is the best booking we have made in our 13 years of marriage. We loved our stay at Clara’s apartment! First of all, Clara is a delight. So very warm and friendly. The apartment is located in a perfect location, just outside the mediaeval walls of SG, just several hundred meters from the center of town. The place is well appointed and Clara was incredibly attentive. We would stay again in a heartbeat.

The location is ideal, with easy access to nearby shops and tourist resorts. the garden is beautiful and equipped with a barbecue area and the view is open to the valley. Daniela was extremely kind and helpful, responding quickly to all my questions. I highly recommend this accommodation to anyone looking for a comfortable and stress-free stay. It was so clean, and the welcome drink and coffee were so good. The bedding is clean and the bathroom is so clean. The food and wine I had at the restaurant they run was the best. I definitely want to stop by again next time I come to Italy.

It was really like being at home, both for us and for our dog who loved the large garden and the company of the very sweet Buddy. Luca and his family are really kind and caring and the location is really great for those looking for tranquility and practicality in reaching the most beautiful points of Lake Bolsena.

Dante's valley is wonderful. A quiet and private space where you can relax, both for humans and for our dogs who had a great time in that open and fenced space. Lucrezia is super! Very kind and always available for every need!

God is in the details. Il Grande Prato is a wonderful place that offers you al the comfort you wish : a huge domain with several nice spots to sit, chill and enjoy the great views. The garden, the cottages, the pool, everything is well done with an eye for the details. Giulia and her people are very friendly and helpful and make you feel at ease the whole time. Also the dinners we've enjoyed in this unique setting were fantastic.

A small chalet and its garden with swimming pool ideally located in the heart of Tuscany, the cities of Pisa, Siena, Florence and Lucca are more or less 1 hour away. Nicoletta and her father gave us a very warm welcome! They are adorable and very attentive, if you need anything they respond very quickly! the pool is maintained every day and therefore of absolute cleanliness, what a joy to be able to relax there after a day of visiting in the Tuscany heat, then enjoy your dinner on the terrace overlooking the beautiful daily sunsets! the cottage is clean and contains everything you need (if I want to chip it would be missing a few small things in the kitchen with a few extra cutlery and a bowl or two for example, but it would just pass from something very nice to great, so it's really if we are looking for the little beast) and the air conditioning is very nice. Thank you for this beautiful stay!

Quiet, secluded cottage in the middle of the forest. Everything matches the pictures and the description. They were very nice, relaxed holidays. Even if it was 35 degrees down the coast, it was pleasantly cool at the house. It was a lovely time. The landlords/hosts are very friendly and helpful. The pathway to the house leads via a gravel road, which is a little more difficult to drive on three climbs, but the residents also drive there with their small standard cars. An off-road vehicle is only recommended for the last 100 meters. But you can also leave the car in front of this climb, the hosts help them drive up their luggage, with their car. If you love nature and the forest and are looking for relaxation, this accommodation is just right for you.
