Vacation rentals with breakfast in Civitella Paganico

A beautiful place. You can see and feel it is not just a random vacation rental but feels like someones home and someone has put a lot of detail and love in the place. Once you talk with Diana, you understand even better: as the owner, so the home :) The house offers all you need to stay there (with your whole family) also for longer than only a few nights. The village is very cute and offers all you need, plus charming bars and restaurants. On top it is a great starting point to go and explore the area/ medieval towns/ nature parcs/ beaches. By car it felt like everything is reachable in max 20minutes. Further you can explore by bike and even start from the town on hikes so: if you get a chance to book, stop searching - hit the button and enjoy your time :)

Had a wonderful time at Chiara’s - easy to get to from the airport on foot and so convenient and comfortable. Would stay there again if flying into Pisa in the future.

We had a lovely time staying at Riccardo's in Montepulciano. After all walking up and down the hills in the town, the house was a welcome place for us to rest up and sleep. The home was very spacious for 2 people and it really felt like a home. Would absolutely recommend for other people looking for somewhere in town!

This place is amazing! It was a competely unique experience staying in Anna's place. The private garden up the hill afforded gorgeous views of the historic tower and town that turned magical at night when everything was lit up. When we explored the town at night, we felt like we had gone back in time. There were motion sensor lights on the stairs to and from the garden so that we could easily and safely see our way. We had the historic part of the nicely lit up town at night to ourselves, adding to the atmosphere. Civitella D'agliano was our favourite of the many towns that we explored in the area. It is a genuine and evocative beauty, not marred by masses of tourists or souvenir shops. Anna and her English speaking friend, met our car to show us where to park, and showed us everything in the apartment and garden in detail. Anna gave us many delicious snacks and an apple cake. She also arranged a reservation at a local restaurant that was memorable. Stay here. You will never forget it!

My friends & I spent 5 days at Il Casone in May, and what a delight it was. The Villa is both isolated and a short drive to various levels of towns and shops, cafes, and restaurants as needed. And of course a well equipped kitchen to cater for yourself. We were met by Roberta, the hosts father, and had a wonderful introduction and tour of the garden, the history and stories of the house and area, eventually we were allowed inside! It was a great welcome and Roberto was a good help to us many times we had questions the Villa is nicely renovated, farmhouse style and has everything you need it is very clean and good for people, like me, who might have mobility issues as it is all on one level and has wall in showers. While there we did a full day tour of the Chianti region which was great. They picked us up at the Villa and we visited two places to taste and also had lunch - do this! We loved our rural Idyll and would recommend Matteo’s Villa enthusiastically! Thanks Matteo & Robert

Amazing place and would definitely be our number one place to stay when we return. Clean and spotless with luxuries like slippers are provided and some breakfast items too. Even a UK-Italy plug converter! Loved it! Thank you to Lucia, Luca and your mum! xx

my partner and I stayed 3 nights and we wish we stayed longer! The place was very clean and our hosts were very friendly, always greeted us with a smile and their lovely pets in the morning. The countryside around the house is also stunning. I highly recommend if you looking for something serene and cozy. you're 10mins away from a town to do groceries and pick up local amazing fried fish.

Daria's apartment in Piombino is perfect for one or two people looking for a base from which to explore the Tuscan coast and its archipelago. Accommodation as in the photos (even better), modern and with everything you need. Ample free parking within walking distance, apartment in the heart of the city with various services.

Anna was one of the kindest hosts we have ever had the pleasure of meeting. She picked us up from the free parking lot so we wouldn’t have to walk uphill with our bags, helped us to the apartment, and provided recommendations for local activities and restaurants. The apartment itself was spotless and had the most beautiful view of the valley below. It is right down the street from the main piazza and was steps away from great restaurants. I would stay here again in a heartbeat!

Great place to stay for a night!

Clara was responsive and helpful. She was there to meet us and help us with parking and walked us through the entire house. She was wonderful. The space was perfect with a wonderful patio. Totally would recommend.

After another Airbnb mishap, Gianluca was so accommodating to allow to book and check in late last minute. He even met us there personally to be sure we got in okay. He even had the fold out couch ready with linens and provided a few breakfast items. The place was better than we’d hoped, location was fantastic, updated and perfectly clean! We would absolutely stay here again. This place will be one of the highlights of our trip!

I had a happy time in a house that looked like it was in a movie in a beautiful natural environment. I think I will keep my time in Kian Tti as a good memory thanks to the kind and friendly host who responds so quickly. It was a little difficult at first for the city girls who were new to the road to the accommodation, but it wasn't difficult when they got used to it. It's perfect for watching the sunrise and sunset. I left today, but I want to go again.

Filippo's place is definitely one of the best Airbnb's to know the Toscana. Filippo, in the first place, was very flexible with the check-in hour, allowing us to make the check-in around 6 pm after we visited San Gimigniano and Certaldo. Filippo's apartment is strategically located if you want to visit San Gimignano/Certaldo/Siena (25 minutes away by car). And the rest of the beautiful towns of Tuscany as Montepulciano/Montalcino/Val D'Orcia/etc...are only 1 hour away by car. The surroundings of Poggibonsi are beautiful, and the town is really relaxed and full of excellent options to eat (eating information provided by Filippo). To resume, this place is outstanding and has everything you need to have a wonderful time under Tuscany's sun and landscapes. The apartment has a dishwasher, a clothes washing machine, and it's really big. If you want to visit Tuscany, this is definitely your place. Thank you, Filippo, for being a wonderful host.

I would stay here over and over again! It was the PERFECT spot to stay for multiple reasons. It had the most gorgeous view, easy access to restaurants and the beach and was overall very clean. Thank you for a great stay!

Giacomo, was an absolute legend! Such a great guy, welcoming and helpful. The property is set amongst beautiful gardens overlooking the spectacular Tuscan countryside. The rooms are spacious, comfortable and have all you need. Would’ve loved to have stayed longer. Thanks for everything G and hope to return soon

We were guests for two nights, at two different times a few days apart, during a couple's bike trip along the Eroica. The location is excellent, we have always and only reached the farmhouse by bike. In the evening, you can only hear the sounds of nature, which is truly regenerating. The 360° view is breathtaking, especially at sunset. The pool is fantastic, very clean, equipped with deck chairs and surrounded by a well-kept lawn. Everything here is authentic. It's nice to see how carefully and simply Serena and her family manage the place, respecting and appreciating the nature that surrounds them. It was a real pleasure to stay here, an oasis of peace that gave us moments of true relaxation. The pool, in particular, was a panacea after the intense days of cycling. Thank you for everything, Serena! We will definitely be back!

Beautiful place and location . Giordana was very accommodating, responsive, friendly and very helpful. She made sure that our breakfast had lactose free products and really appreciated the gesture. Highly recommend her place!!

Matteo and his family are very warm and welcoming. I had a wonderful time and felt right at home. The surroundings are very serene, and the sunsets are 😍. I had dinner at Matteo's all the four days that I stayed there and it was delicious every single time. Do not miss it! Hope to visit again.

I arrived at 9:30 pm with my 6-year-old daughter and I immediately found the accommodation as per Andrea's directions, the road before the accommodation is a bit bumpy but my ten-year-old daughter made it so everyone can do it:) The cottage is spacious and very clean, so much so that you can wander barefoot on the parquet, the fireplace is incredible, it made me want to come back in winter to enjoy it lit! The only advice I can give, but only to improve the stay in the case of several days, is to replace the shower curtain with a box, which is more practical, but since I only stayed one night, I did great! For us, it was the perfect place to stay! Maria is very hospitable and communicative. The Airbnb is really nice and the breakfast was perfect (also very great for vegetarians). We felt really comfortable. A big thank you and definitely to be recommended. Arrived by bus and walked from Volterra and found it great (but are also very athletic). There were great hiking trails in the area and generally it was really nice and quiet!

Teresa, Agustino, and Danieli were great. The home was gorgeous. The breakfasts were fantastic. The winery tour with Danieli was beyond memorable. If you get the opportunity to stay at this property, take it! We highly recommend.

We stayed for seven days in this truly cozy and idyllic house. We lacked nothing. The room and bathroom were absolutely sufficient, as was the breakfast! The homemade brownies were especially delicious :) On two days, we dined at the restaurant, and it was incredibly tasty. All the staff were always very friendly and open to questions and requests. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet at this hotel. Since it’s not a large hotel, we mostly encountered other guests only in the mornings and evenings. We were able to fully enjoy this week and truly relax. We would definitely recommend the hotel and would love to come back. Thank you very much for the stay with you!
