Vacation rentals with breakfast in Civitella Paganico

Debora ci ha accolti con suo papà in questa chicca di appartamento dove nulla è lasciato al caso e tutto è curato nei minimi dettagli! Pulitissimo, non manca nulla, né in bagno né in cucina. Addirittura la tv grande in sala è dotata di Firestick e la sera abbiamo potuto guardare una serie su Netflix! Super consigliato e, se mai dovessimo trovarci nuovamente in Val d’Orcia, non avremo dubbi su dove pernottare! ❤️ Grazie Debora 🥰

Riccardo is an amazing host! The house looks even better in person.. he left us some groceries for breakfast in the fridge. I would highly recommend choosing this place if you’re coming to Montepulciano!:)

We do not have the words to describe our stay here as it was truly special. I wish we had more time and if we are able to return one day we will definitely stay at Anna’s again. Anna went over and beyond to make our stay extra special. She had a variety of local goodies and goodies she made for us. She made us reservations at a nearby restaurant the first evening which was great good and a great experience. She arranged a tour of the local museum which was an amazing experience. She came with us and used her translator on her phone as we unfortunately do not speak Italian. Civitella d’Agliano is a special place and the people are wonderful. Thank you Anna for sharing your piece of heaven on earth with us!

Posto incantevole, consiglio non solo per la pulizia e la comodità della location ma soprattutto per il posto incantevole, vista mozzafiato, a due passi da Tuoro e Passignano posti bellissimi. Torneremo sicuramente. Complimenti a Saverio gentilissimo e disponibile. Grazie

Raffaella and Claudio are incredibly hospitable and immediately made us feel right at home. There place is spotlessly clean, beautiful, comfortable, and has a spectacular view off the balcony to watch the sunset at the end of the day. It’s out in the country, so it’s very quiet and peaceful. Raffaella and Claudio gave us great recommendations and served beautiful breakfasts each. My mother, sister and I took the pasta making class and throughly enjoyed it - great pasta and experience! We loved our stay and would love to return!

Sonia is an amazing host. Very helpful and responsive, and a warm welcoming during the check in. The accommodation and the place are just perfect. The views are breathtaking. We will definitely be back, during the summer time to enjoy the views from the pool. :) Highly recommend Sonia's accommodations.

Rossano et sa femme nous ont très bien accueilli. La maison est fidèle à la description, propre et avec tout le nécessaire pour cuisinier et pour le petit déjeuner. Un grand merci!

Wir haben uns von Anfang an sehr wohlgefühlt. Der leckere Wein, eine gefüllte Obstschale sowie Käse und Wurst zur Begrüßung haben uns sehr gefallen. Die Umgebung ist traumhaft schön und man kann die Ruhe genießen. Es eignet sich als Ausgangspunkt für Tagesausflüge in die Umgebung. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Siamo stati benissimo. L’alloggio è molto carino, con tutto il necessario colazione compresa e molto vicino al centro. Chiara è stata molto gentile e disponibile a consigliarci posti da visitare e ristoranti dove mangiare. Lo consiglio vivamente

Un piccolo appartamento nel centro storico di Piombino, a due passi dal mare e da un ottimo ristorante. Siamo stati in bassa stagione a inizio marzo, quindi non abbiamo avuto difficoltà a trovare parcheggio vicino lungomare. Buono per breve soggiorno e una coppia. L'host ha lasciato tutto l'occorrente, oltre a una colazione anche i vari accessori in bagno, non manca niente.

We stayed at Anna’s place for over two weeks and everything was outstanding. The view from the kitchen is amazing and the location is close to lots of shops and restaurants. Note that there are a lot of hills and stairs to climb, which is typical of these hilltop towns in Tuscany. We would highly recommend Anna’s place.

Die Wohnung von Valentina liegt wunderbar in der kleinen Altstadt von Piombino . Alles ist von dort bestens zu Fuß zu erkunden, auch der Bahnhof und der Fährhafen. Check -in und Kommunikation waren unkompliziert , hilfreich und tadellos. Wir haben uns in der liebevoll eingerichteten Wohnung sehr sehr wohl gefühlt. Sogar für ein Frühstück am nächsten Morgen war reichlich gesorgt… toll !! In der Unterkunft kann man sicher sehr gut auch für längere Zeit bleiben.

L’appartamento di Stefano è esattamente come descritto, estremamente pulito ed ordinato, cucina attrezzata di tutto il necessario ed in ottima posizione per raggiungere il vicinissimo porto santo Stefano a piedi o per intraprendere percorsi di trekking. Stefano molto puntuale, preciso e gentile. Ottimo soggiorno

We loved our stay in Gianluca’s apartment. Gianluca is a fantastic host and was very responsive and accommodating to all our queries. The apartment is stylish, spacious, spotlessly clean and equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. We loved that this apartment has its own private spa with jacuzzi and steam room. The apartment is well located, in the heart of the town, and just a few minutes walk from the bus station. We would highly recommend staying here when visiting Siena.

Abbiamo soggiornato qui tre notti. La posizione è ottima per visitare il centro storico di Arezzo a piedi e la zona è davvero molto tranquilla. Essendo centro storico, bisogna parcheggiare all’esterno per via della ZTL (attiva in determinati orari e giorni) Però in 5/10 min a piedi ci sono zone di parcheggio. Punto di partenza ottimo anche per visitare i dintorni, val di chiana e val tiberina.

Ho avuto il piacere di soggiornare in questa splendida proprietà, ed è stata un’esperienza fantastica sotto ogni punto di vista. L’appartamento è esattamente come descritto nell’annuncio: pulito, accogliente e dotato di tutti i comfort necessari. La posizione è ideale, con facile accesso a negozi e località turistiche vicine . il giardino è bellissimo e dotato di aria barbecue e la vista è aperta sulla valle. daniela è stata estremamente gentile e disponibile, rispondendo rapidamente a tutte le mie domande. Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione a chiunque cerchi un soggiorno confortevole e senza stress. Non vedo l’ora di tornare, magari in estate

Fabio was a very good host. He offered a perfect stay for my family of 8 adults +1 dog while attending a wedding in Citta di Castello. The location is about a 15 min drive from town but is surrounded by nature and wonderful views of the countryside. The two appartements are very comfortable and beautiful.

Both Anelida and Mauro were so friendly and charming. Although she doesn't speak English, we communicated easily using Google Translate. She prepared breakfast for us during our stay, baked homemade cakes, and everything was really delicious. The room, common areas, and bathroom were very clean. The location is also excellent; it’s very close to Pienza, Montalcino, and Montepulciano, right in the middle of everything. It was a perfect stay for anyone looking for an authentic experience. Thank you for the warm welcome!

Great location and great place to stay. The views from the rooms were amazing.Steven was a great host and gave us good recommendations for local restaurants. The place is very calm and quiet and it was a very enjoyable stay.

Benedetta ist herzlich und freundlich. Sie kümmert sich um alles und geht sichtlich darin auf, sich um die Gäste zu kümmern. Die Lage des Apartments ist mitten drin. In einer ruhigeren Seitenstraße. Sehr gut zu erreichen und der gesamte Ort lässt sich von dort aus zu Fuß erkunden.

Absolutely stunning accomodation in traditional Tuscan style villa. Surrounded by beautiful Cyprus trees and a lovely natural pool to swim in. The breakfast was great. Would highly recommend staying here for a local Tuscan experience.

Alloggio pulito, dotato di ogni confort , in posizione strategica per visitare comodamente il centro di Orvieto. Carla e il suo compagno sono stati gentilissimi e cortesi . Veramente consigliatissimo

We had an unforgettable three-night stay at Monia’s wonderful airbnb! The property is surrounded by nature, with a beautiful garden overlooking the water and friendly animals all around. The atmosphere was warm, welcoming, and truly felt like home. The accommodation was spotlessly clean, tidy, and lovingly decorated, with fresh tea and clean towels always available in the room. Monia (always with a smile and laughing) spoiled us with delicious breakfasts and even prepared a fantastic homemade four-day menu for just €35—everything was fresh and full of love. Her house wine was excellent and only €10. She also gave us great recommendations for restaurants and places to visit. We’ll definitely be back - thanks for everything!

We had a lovely 2 days at this air BnB. Simone greeted us on arrival and even took our luggage to the room. The staff were all very helpful and kind. The room was very clean and was a great place to unwind after a busy few days! Breakfast was delicious. Fresh food provided every morning including fresh coffee and baked goods! I really rate this place highly! Will recommend to my friends and family.
