Aesthetically great, feels like home. Clean and the home furnish are of good quality. We enjoyed the heated pool and sauna. It really is a big factor that they have their own water source and dispenser. Spacious and I think an additional amenities like a billiard table would be fun to have in that kind of place. Hosts are very responsive and friendly too.

A hidden gem near smx place. Aesthetic by design and all the amenities you need. But most of all, clean and peaceful place. Highly recommended. Thank you

This was already our second stay at Marianne's place, which in itself is already testimony to the fact that we like it. Marianne and her brother Ian are excellent hosts that made us feel very welcome. They came across as honest, hard-working and service-minded hosts that were willing to go the extra mile for their guests. The house itself feels very spacious thanks to the extension at the back. It is decorated with beautiful handmade and unique wooden furniture that give the place a very homey feeling. The house is located within a gated community that made us feel very safe. Thank you for letting us stay at your place.

The place feels intimate we all had a wonderful time. The pool is not so big so if you have kids they're reachable if there's an emergency. The rooms were nice and cold. The kitchen has complete utensils. Place is also easy access so if there's a need to deliver or buy a food you can easily get in and out. The ate who assisted us is really friendly, accommodating and really welcoming. All in all this is a great place to stay. We definitely recommend this place and hopefully we can book again soon.

Had such a great time at Casa Asraya! The place was super clean, cozy, and perfect for a quick getaway. What really made it special was the surprise birthday setup the host prepared for our sister — so thoughtful! The staff were also really friendly and made us feel so at home. My family and I stayed here for our trip back home to the Philippines. There were 7 of us and we were very comfortable here. There was plenty of space so we didn’t feel like we were cramped in together. The house is in a gated area with security, so we felt very safe and it was peaceful and quiet. Everything was great and I would gladly stay with Benny again! Highly recommend!

The place was even better in person than in the photos—it truly exceeded our expectations! We’ll definitely be coming back. One of the things we loved most is that it’s pet-friendly, which was a must for us. Highly recommended!

We stayed for almost a whole month and this house did not disappoint. The house is well equipped of all your basic needs, i would even say beyond basic needs. The owners are very helpful and always gives a quick response to queries. They are also very welcoming and tries to accomodate all our needs. The house itself is very clean and the interior is just as pictured. Located in a safe neighborhood.

we had such a peaceful stay here. the property is quiet and secured, and there is so much lush greenery. we loved reading in the living room or on the patio. we were not very familiar with the area, so had not planned properly to get around and see the sights. the staff were so kind to help us arrange transportation into Tagaytay town. great place to get away from the bustle of Manila and relax for a few days.

Had a great stay! Kuya Boy and the caretaker were very welcoming. Had no complaints during our stay. One gripe though, merong naka frame na instructions na may "snacks" sa pantry pero wala kami nakita hahaha 😂 Will book here again if ever we end up spending our vacation around EK and Splash.
