A perfect seaside pad! Such a lovely space with great sea views, a short walk from St Leonard’s station & plenty of local restaurants, bars & shops to visit. Would definitely recommend booking & Caroline was a kind & helpful host.

We just had a 3 night stay at this beautiful apartment. Well, what can I say, all round amazing! The apartment is superb, the location is superb and the hosts (Nathalie) totally amazing! From the moment I booked the accommodation to the time we left the facility, Nathalie was there making sure everything goes as planned. Thank you for making our trip a wonderful experience! We will definatly be coming back to you guys. The accommodation & its facilities are amazing. Right on the beach with beautiful sea views from all the rooms,. The location is superb too, literally a few minutes walk to all the key sights, bars, restaurants, shops and entertainment. Don’t need a car at all! The Ramsgate main sands, right outside of your door, with a long stretch of beach which has golden sand. During low tide, you can walk for miles. The flat feels brand new, it has all the mod cons & so clean. The hosts have even thought of all the small touches such as tea, coffee etc. Totally amazing!

Fantastic location for a perfect seaside holiday stay. Simone was a fantastic host who provided multiple instructions and the amenities in the property were exactly what we needed for our weekend away.

From the onset communication with Wendy was brilliant. Clear check in instructions , really helpful tips of local eateries . We were really happy with the quality of apartment , it really was a home from home with high end appliances, good quality crockery , coffee machine , washing machine , etc. this apartment literally has everything you need , we packed things we just didn’t need because the apartment had it! The views are really nice overlooking the beach. Biscuits and milk left for a welcomed cuppa on arrival. Everything was also super clean . Would highly recommend .

This was our third time staying at Heidi's place - we love it! And the little touches that Heidi leaves make it even more special - after a long drive, getting in with our dog, to find a bowl of water already out waiting for him makes a huge difference! Highly recommend, and we will definitely be back!

We had a great time at Patrick and Isabelle's place! The accommodation is exactly as described; it is very well equipped and contains everything you need. The location of the apartment is also ideal, there are many hikes and trails nearby. Patrick and Isabelle were also great hosts, very welcoming and flexible. They had good tips for discovering the region. We would recommend it in a second and we will come back, that's for sure!

Mark and Melanie are wonderful hosts and very welcoming. The place is exactly as described in the listing and it is very cozy and peaceful. The beds and pillows were very comfortable and we had all of the amenities we needed for a peaceful stay. The EV charging was an added feature and very useful to us. The surrounding property is picturesque and charming. Over all we can highly recommend staying at this place to other guests! Thank you again.

Great cottage with private parking, which is very rare and Canterbury. It was a lovely well appointed place to stay and easy to walk to everything. The host was very responsive and very helpful with recommendations of things to do. I would highly recommend this cottage and this host. We truly appreciated the handwritten welcome card and the lovely cookies they left for us.

We spent 5 nights at Debra’s beautiful home in Tankerton over my daughter’s half term holiday. It was exactly what we needed - a home away from home. The perfect space for her to study and relax together, while allowing me to catch up with friends and explore Tankerton, Whitstable and all the lovely restaurants and shops. Thank you so much Debra, I hope we’ll be back.

Was very clean and modern mutual interior. This was my mums dream home perfect size for the 4 of us. The communication was very speedy.

A great house for a large family or a group of friends as there were so many areas to either relax in or to enjoy a game of pool or table tennis. Just perfect for all ages. Very artistically decorated with so many great pictures to look at. We would definitely recommend this accommodation and hope to return. Vivien is an excellent host.

A lovely, well equipped home in a little English village. Park, pub, butcher and corner store all a short walk away. There were 8 of us - 4 adults and 4 children (ages 2, 5, 7 & 10). Lots of space including a very well equipped kitchen and a table that sat all 8 of us. We would definitely stay there again.

Marion has gone above and beyond to make your stay the best possible everything is clean and there is plenty of room for a comfortable stay having a private garden made a big plus to our stay Marion was always on hand if we needed anything but our stay was private and peaceful there are two pubs in the village and a village shop for coffee and cake we will definitely be back to stay soon this is the best air bnb we have stayed in thank you marion

Is a lovely flat for getting around Medway. perfect location for shopping at dockside or popping to the nearby restaurants. stocked tea and coffee which we appreciated.

We were greeted by Phil and Jenny who made us very welcome and they went through a few things with us. The accommodation was first class with a view outstanding. I had a wonderful stay at Becca’s place in central Folkestone. It’s a really cool place with very friendly hosts. The apartment has everything you need and it’s really peaceful. It’s a short stroll down to the creative quarter and the harbour side/beach. Becca’s place is comfortable, spacious and beautifully decorated. The apartment has a massive comfy bed, lovely drip shower and a big living room and kitchen with everything you’d need for a stay in Folkestone. It’s right across from a lovely park. There’s a shop round the corner which is super convenient too. Folkestone had cool cafes, amazing restaurants and pubs with great food. The town is arty and fun. I’d 100% stay again.

What can I say, Dave & Michelle are fantastic hosts who made sure we had everything we needed. Amazing apartment with such lovely gardens to look out at. The apartment was spotless and soo welcoming and comfortable, it truly was home from home, Towels were so lovely and fluffy and along with the linen all looked brand new. The hot tub was the next level, soo good, large nice and deep looks out so u can see some of the sea and the sunsets were fantastic. Dave helped us with uncovering and recovering the tub and the water was lovely and hot the whole time, so no waiting for it to warm up. We’ll definitely be returning and couldn’t reckon more highly.
