We've just had a lovely few days at Rebecca's caravan - and what a well -kept & homely place it is too. It really has everything you could need. My daughter was pleased to see the toybox and books available. While I loved the decking in the sun! Rebecca made checking in very easy and the hamper of treats was such a nice touch. We like how easy this park is to get to by train. The holiday park is peaceful this time of year, has a nice playground/outdoor space to eat and is right on the beachfront, we'd ideally go back nearer summer when the outdoor pool is open and there's a bit more entertainment on. We enjoyed some day trips to nearby Whitstable & Herne bay too. Thanks so much Rebecca! x

If you're ever plan on visiting Rye or Camber Sands, I would whole heartedly recommend staying here. The space had everything you could ask for, the hosts gave a long list of recommendations and were very friendly. I can't recommend this stay enough!

We really enjoyed our stay in Steve and Diane’s house. It was lovely to find such a thoughtful welcome packed we arrived. The location of the house is great, it is just a few minutes walk into town and a short drive to the beach at Camber Sands. The house is spacious and well presented. The kitchen is well equipped - the minor exception, it could do with egg cups as we had eggs in welcome pack. Bathrooms were a delight - lots of hot water, great showers and a wonderful free standing bath with a view! The patio and raised seating area looked lovely - a bit chilly for us this time but we would love to come back. The parking space was adequate for a small car like ours but a larger one would need to use car park just down the road. Thank you very much Steve and Diane, we had a great time and would thoroughly recommend a stay in your lovely house.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely little house! It was incredibly cozy and felt like a home away from home from the moment we arrived. Having the private parking space was a huge plus and very convenient. Inside, the house is beautifully decorated and thoughtfully equipped with everything you need for a comfortable stay. The kitchen had all the essentials, making it easy to prepare meals. The location is fantastic – just a short walk to the beach, which was perfect for us. Despite being so close to the beach, the neighborhood was very peaceful and quiet. We enjoyed the little garden with its lovely seating area; it was a great spot to relax a bit. We would recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and convenient stay near the beach. We'd love to come back!

Lovely, clean, spacious property. Well decorated with all the amenities you would require. Lovely, secure garden for our sausage dog, where we ate lunch in the sunshine. Also, one of the best features is the beach is only a one minute walk away. Would highly recommend.

Thank you Abi, right from jumping in and rescuing me from having booked the wrong day you've been exceptionally lovely. Thank you. My sons, dog and I had a speedy, last min but perfect trip to the Writers' Retreat. We were wowed by how much we enjoyed Ramsgate and how quickly we got there from London. Just pure loveliness all round. I'll be back and can imagine myself taking a trip on my own for reading and sleeping as recovery from work (the bed was so comfy!) also plan to return with a couple of friends for catching up and my boys want to come again. Coffee was perfect and too the popcorn supply. Thanks Abi, all thoughtfully done and, well, that's good for anyone's soul, ain't it?!!

Lovely house which was a great base for exploring Folkestone. The location is on a bit of a hill, which was fine for us, but perhaps slightly less so for folk with mobility needs who want to walk to/from the seafront or town. We had everything we needed for a lovely weekend, communication with Wendy and check in were easy and efficient. We’d recommend Anna’s place as a great choice to stay. Thanks so much

Located literally one minute from the top of the High Street and the Harbour. Harriet was responsive and easy to communicate with and the information pack was very very comprehensive and bang up to date. If we stay again in Whitstable this we definitely be my first choice. Local highlights - the food at The Duke of Cumberland, the sea front walks and the beer at The Sea Farmer’s Dive Taproom

Fabulous place to stay right by the beach and not too far from Rye. The house had everything we needed to cook in and was a perfect layout for an extended family to relax and socialise. The garden was a good size with a lovely hammock and table tennis table too. We all had a great time and would highly recommend this as a place to stay. Georgina was a good communicator and made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you

Larissa's place is wonderful and provided the perfect space for our needs. The garden is HUGE and access to the hot tub was a bonus too. The accommodation was well appointed with everything we needed and very homely. We had a very warm welcome and I would highly recommend this place to others.

We enjoyed a wonderful long Easter weekend in this charming cottage. The space was cozy and perfectly appointed, lots of old charm - original cottage was built in 1550! - and special touches that delighted our children and made us feel like we were in quite a magical little space. The gardens are beyond gorgeous and just a lovely space to sit in the sunshine and watch our children play. It was a wonderful weekend filled with children’s laughter, bird song and cozy nights by the fire as a family. Thank you Tim & Maite for sharing your gorgeous cottage with us. The children are already asking we come back soon!

Really fun place to stay. We had a great time & would highly recommend if you are looking for something fun & a bit different to the usual. The yurt is very cute, it was lovely & warm - we didn’t need to use the wood burner. The bed is super comfy with warm bedding. The little building at the side is perfect, with a great kitchen, living area & shower. Small but perfectly formed. We (& in particular our boy) LOVED the cinema area, such a great addition.

Everything was great and as described with a perfect location close to the sea front. Stephen was friendly and made us feel welcome upon arrival so it was easy to settle in and relax. A well deserved five stars!

This was a fantastic place to stay. It was in a great place to walk into Deal and enjoy the beach and the hot tub was a great addition. The annexe was so clean and modern and very well equipped and private. Would highly recommend Nicola's place in all aspects. Would love to return.
